I brought my niece to get her nails done for graduation. She wanted a full set of matte, gel, black nails and Jennifer did a horrendous job. She asked for a coffin shape. Jennifer Tran didn't even take her time to do them right took her 40 mins to do my nails when Ibe gotten the same set done before an it has took my other nail lady longer an less then what I was charged for here. I use to come here once a month to get a pedicure with my friend. And I have gotten acrylic nails before too. They usually do a good job. Pretty fast and you just walk in. No appointment needs. But this last time they were so busy that I ended up with a lady that I have never seen before. She barely spoke English. My friend ended up with a man that we haven't ever see do pedicures before either. As he was pushing back her cuticle he scraped her to toe nail so hard she jumped. Like he was scribbling. I don't remember being hurt or poked by the lady who did me, but the next morning my big toe hurt. It got worse as the day went on. My toe is swollen and red. Definitely infected! Right next to the nail bed. I don't know if she used dirty tools or if she somehow pushed a foreign object under my skin or something. But it isn't good! I'm off to the dr to get an antibiotic! Not a good welcoming place. The women here are rude and don't listen to what you want. They do whatever they feel like is best for you. I have been going to Jasmine nails for over 10 years. They do such a great job and the prices are reasonable. Most of the people that work there speak little English but that's not a problem. Just make sure they understand what you want, by showing them a picture if you need too, and you will be very pleased with their work. The salon is always clean and they have great massage chairs while you get your pedicure. They will work hard to please you and you don't need an appointment, just drop in! read more

This place is awful! The women are very rude and every little thing costs $5 more so your basic pedicure that you should at least get a good foot scrubbing with isn't the price that is listed. Even though they have a sheet with the breakdown of what you will receive they charge more for each thing listed. Wish I would have read all the horrible reviews before I stopped in. I would give it a 0 if I could. I typically go to a different salon but they were closed and I needed nail attention ASAP. I went and got a simple gel manicure. Within the first couple of days the nail polish started to chip! It has been a week and my nails look awful. I got to to see my normal lady to fix these awful nails. I paid the same amount as my normal lady but did not received a hand/neck massage, did not clean my cuticles, really just painted my nails! I will never go back and advise people to do the same unless you want shotty work for the same price you could get a deluxe manicure elsewhere that actually will last! read more

This place is a rip off. My daughter got her nails done with me there. I sat and listened as the woman explained the pricing. 20 dollars for a gel pedicure. Great deal, right? NOT! After she was done the woman said it was 20 dollars for the gel and 20 dollars for the pedicure!!! 40!! Holy cow! I told her that she was not clear and that to get your toes done it should not be separate since it Was a pedicure. She began talking in Vietnamese to another worker and they both were looking at us. I had called to set up appts for both my mom and I at 630pm on a Friday to get mani/pedis. When we got there we were told to pick a color and sit down. We waited 20 minutes before they even had us in a pedicure chair. 1st of all, I scheduled an appt to get in the chair at 630 not almost 7. I would like to discuss how unsanitary this place is. Their floors are disgusting, they don't even try to sweep and give the appearance of cleanliness. The pedicure tubs were so slimy, my mom almost broke her foot getting in because she slipped on the slim. They clean the tubs with dish soap they buy from a dollar store. I don't know how sanitary that is and I didn't learn this until after I had my pedicure done. Now we sat with our feet in the water without even being acknowledged until 720pm. I was the first to have mine started and it was like every other mediocre pedicure. My mom waited another 10-15 minutes before someone had started her pedicure. The girl that did hers was going to skip cutting her cuticles and cleaning under her toes until my mom asked her to do that because that is standard with every pedicure. The girl then replied in broken english "I am too busy and will get behind if I do that". But she proceeded to do those things and she took almost an hour and a half to do the pedicure on mom because I am not even sure why she took so long. She then was very rude to my mom. I had my pedicure done and my manicure finished before she was even done with her pedicure. They charge 5$ extra to do the paraffin wax on your feet where almost every other salon its included. We didn't leave until 915. What should've taken less than an hour and 1/2 took almost 3 hours. They were unsanitary. Not professional at all. Overcharged. I will never go back here and will steer everyone away from this "salon". What should have been relaxing and a treat was very far from those things. I paid $50 for a mediocre mani/pedi . My mom almost left in tears. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.!!!!! Side note: It has been about 5 days since said "experience" and my cuticles are so messed up! They are cracking and the skin around my nails is peeling. Not sure what they use or did but my fingers never did this before. read more

I just finished getting a mani pedi which is advertised on their electronic sign $30 but when I go to pay they tell me that is $35. That the reader board is old. The nail tech was sweet and amazing but this is why I stopped going there before. The owner is not honorable. Stay away!!! read more
