The texture was light and fluffy and while it reminds me of bingsoo, it's creamier because it's cream instead of milk I think? Overall it ended up being quite rich, especially with all the whipped cream, and the matcha flavor is a little too sweet. Next time I'll probably try a fruity flavor (and bring friends). It is frozen water folks and if you want a decent amount of syrup they charge you an extra .50. It hit the spot on a hot summer day but back down the prices a bit and you might find you can sell more product. For $3.75 I can get a large milkshake at other places and that is made of MILK and not water.
