I explained that the coupon just came out today. Even showed the clerk the coupon. Whereas I was going to make a large order, I only ordered one cone to try their ice cream. If they can't honor their own coupon, I will not be coming back. Over $7 for a single-dip ice cream cone. Nope, I'll continue to go to Dairy Queen across the street.

We had two events that were supposed to be held here, one was quite out of the blue (so I understand the outcome) we called into the shop and no one was there (although it says it is open) I was just disappointed due to the lack of warning or signage but I still understand- the second time though is unacceptable. We had an event planned at this location for two months, the day we were going to go in we wanted to call ahead and let them know a large group would be coming in- no answer. We arrived and it was closed. PLEASE for the love of GOD. Run a functioning business- with regular hours or at least provide updates to a website/signage so people don't plan to have an outing there- if you want returning customers please act like it. I'm so sad to leave this review- I really do love this place their icecream and employees are so pleasant but I will have to find somewhere else to go. I wish the owners the best and o hope management and fix this and make this place enjoyable again

Saying that, to say, we had dessert before we had dinner, but we had a great experience at Clementines. The line was literally wrapped completely around inside the store, so when you walk in, you have to go all the way to the other end and turn around to get to the back of the line. They were popular last night, but they moved quickly. They took care of us, and there were no issues. The line did not stop growing. Even when we left, it was the same thing, but again, staff members took great care of us. They offered samples for everything that was there, and they gave us great recommendations. They were quick, they were knowledgeable, and they were pleasant, making the experience seamless. I'll speak to what I ended up actually ordering, which was the ooey gooey butter cake that they have in the cooler. It was about $15. It caught my attention while I was standing in line, so I went ahead and ordered that. I did have a small piece of it last night after I got home. Definitely amazing flavor. I will be going back to get one of the small tubs of ice cream to put it on top, like one of the staff members recommended. I will be going back to get the midnight pleasure, which is a triple dark chocolate ice cream. They have, for the lack of a better word, a black ice cream cone, so I'll be going back to do that. I sampled several flavors. The gooey butter cake, the midnight pleasures, the Salted caramel cookies and cream all of them tasted great.
