Taro slush

This is such a great ice cream shop! I love that you can pick the flavors you want and then they are freshly made for you. My youngest daughter is currently obsessed with the butter beer ice cream. She enjoyed it more than any of the Harry Potter land options! Mt favorite is adding the taro ice cream to their Vietnamese ice coffee - SO yummy!

Indoor seating and toys

I stopped in today with my grandson to try out their ice cream, they also offer Vietnamese coffee. The shop has seating indoors and outdoors with toys and games for kids to enjoy while visiting. The service was fine and we ate outside. The ice cream was good, it takes a while to get it because he hand stirs it (I had chocolate ice cream with peanut butter cups) but it is yummy. I would say the things to improve on is cleanliness of the indoors and some of the outdoor seating is unstable. Understanding the pricing is a bit tricky as well beside I ordered a child size cup that was $3.95 and then I asked for a regular size adult cup which he said has two scoops. Well he had each scoop costing around $6. The pricing on the board is not clear because it shows the price for the size of the cup it's going to be in and I asked how much is in that cup and he said two scoops. But what he didn't say is it's double the price. So I told him I only wanted one scoop because I was not wanting to pay $17.96 for a child cup and an adult cup that is not that big. So the price was about $11 with one scoop for me and one child scoop.

Charming place that's very wholesome and family friendly. Upon walking in, you can quickly tell the pride the owners take in the place and their customers. With photos of patrons lining the walls and kids games present, you're immediately put at ease. The ice cream is certainly unique in texture and I was impressed with the creative flavors. I really enjoyed the caramel con leche ice cream and I'd definitely like to come back to try their coffee as well. Overall very enjoyable experience!

It's Mission restaurant week, so I wanted to do my part in supporting some of my favorites! This little shop is the cutest. Fun games inside for all ages, including a kid's bumper car, my 2 year old went nuts over. Each time I've visited we've always been greeted by the nicest staff. Going the extra mile to add smiles along with sprinkles. It's sometimes the small things that can really make a difference. The Mango Boba was delicious. After sampling bobas all over KC, I'm beginning to feel like a proficient boba queen. The ice cream process they use is an extra delight to watch, especially for the kids, and the taste carries forward accordingly. Prices are reasonable for product. Love our small town in the big city.

Sweet Maple Bacon Ice Cream. Kid size is very filling

Such a fun concept- nitrogen ice cream, smoothies, coffees, and teas- oh my! My friend and I each had a drink and a scoop of ice cream. The kid size serving of ice cream is very filling and larger than most kid sizes at other places. She loved her sweet maple bacon ice cream and her Thai iced tea, which she added tapioca pearls to. My Vietnamese iced coffee was only OK, it was a bit too bitter to my liking, but my coconut ice cream was absolutely wonderful - very fresh and creamy with bits of real coconut in it. This is a really fun spot -perfect for meeting friends and having an afternoon treat. I will definitely go back.

We've been dying to go here since my partner and I moved in but I've been the stick in the mud of buying ice cream when I had sweets at home. After a long day at work and hot summer walk to the frozen dessert establishment I got to try the long anticipated Foggi Ice Cream. My partner ordered the small Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream and enjoyed this frozen treat. While I ordered the small Praline& Cream ice cream and scraped the cup clean with my spoon not allowing an ounce to be left behind. Overall we both enjoyed my choice more than her choice of ice cream. We would come again but there weren't a ton of flavors that got us itching to come back soon.

I think this place is my new favorite ice cream stop. Like...seriously. I find it crazy how I have driven by this gem of a store multiple times and never noticed it. First, the ice cream here is delicious. They are so creamy and you can literally taste the freshness because all ice creams are hand made right in front of you! While you are waiting on your ice cream you can head over and take pictures on their iPad (which the store prints for you to take with you or put on the wall) or play games that the store has. The store itself very clean and the staff was very nice to us while looking over the menu. If you are looking for a new dessert place, you need to put this in your GPS and come immediately because this place will not disappoint. Also: A military/ senior discount is offered here !

A friend had recommended this place to me because it's relatively new. They've been opened for about 4 months now. I really love the way it looks on the inside, very much like an ice cream shop. The kicker is they have a great selection of coffee. The egg coffee was unlike anything I've ever had before. The topping was eggy, sweet and creamy and the bottom layer is such a rich and nutty taste. It's like a delicious dessert in my opinion. This will be my person favorite for this place when I have a minute to sit down and enjoy the candle underneath my egg coffee. The presentation alone is worth a try. The salted caramel iced coffee was the reason the brought me in and it certainly did not disappoint. The layers are so fun to look at and mix together. The flavor of the coffee i nice and pleasant with what appears to be a whipped, salted, coconut taste on top. An excellent choice to take with you if you're in a hurry. As for the customer service, the guys here are very helpful in explaining any details on anything on the menu. I saw them making ice cream right in front of people and it was absolutely amazing. I would love to take my nieces and nephews here so they can watch it done. The couple of things I tried were amazing. I recommend trying a bit of everything here, as I will be doing the same.

Durian Ice Cream

Cute and quaint ice cream place tucked in Mission. Love love their variety of foreign flavors that you can't find at other ice cream places. By foreign, I mean Taro, Thai tea, lychee, durian, jackfruit etc.. they have all that and more! They also offer Vietnamese iced coffee which is wonderfully made 5/5. Smoothies, frappes etc. Prices are very reasonable. I have had lychee and durian ice cream here. Both were delicious and well made. The even put real fruit in there!! Grab a friend and come get ice cream to beat the summer heat :)

This is my family's ice cream in the city. I recommend the Reeces peanut butter. Servings are pretty large

So, I just don't get it. I didn't see what they added to the mixer before it started smoking with the nitrogen, but what came out tasted like any other ice cream you can buy in my opinion. It was $4.50 for a small, so about $10 total. I think the novelty of it is fun if you have kids, but to us it was just expensive and fine. I also felt like the people working could have explained what was happening (or the menu items in general) and could have been a bit friendlier since we were the only two people in there. Since Dips and Sips is closed it's a decent alternative for twice the price I suppose.

A little disappointed they were not open at 2:30 in the afternoon on a Monday since the sign and website says they open at 2:00.

4.5 stars but rounding up…read more I've been hearing about this place since it opened up in KS and the hype, but never went because it's out of the way for me. But today I went and wish I had sooner! I got to sample a few seasonal flavors, including sticky toffee pudding, pandan polvoron with raspberry jam, and sugar cookie. I also tried some regular flavors including gooey butter cake, butter brickle, Billie's tahini chocolate chip cookie, mounds of coconut, and lemon poppyseed. They were all good and I appreciated that they didn't limit me on samples. Though if I have a minor complaint I will say it was strange that I got sample sizes that were inconsistent, with one that was really generous, like a heaping spoonful, and also a couple samples that were stingy, like just shaving a thin slice off the top. The more scant samples made it hard for me to get a sense of what the ice cream flavor was like. One of those was butter brickle where I only got a caramelized flavor with chocolate specks, but from reading the description online it sounds like it has a lot more nuance. Kinda disappointing since that's one of their most popular flavors. Other than that though customer service was pretty friendly. Everyone was telling me their favorite flavors plus their mom's favorite flavors. I ended up getting the first two seasonal flavors I tried and they were both really good. The pandan polvoron one in particular was very unique especially for an ice creamery hailing from the Midwest. The pandan cheesecake base had a nice salty and sweet flavor. I didn't quite get pandan from the polvoron itself but they were good too! The raspberry swirl helped balance everything else out nicely. One thing I would like to echo is that this is fairly expensive ice cream, $5.50 for a mini scoop each. I don't mind paying for high quality ice cream I really like but it's far from the best value. Anyway I'll be back! To try more flavors, especially seasonal ones. I'm excited to see what they have to offer in the future, almost a 5/5 ice cream place for me.
