He told me he accepted cash app or cash I told him I'd pay him with cash app he came out I asked for his cash app tag he said sorry I can only do cash I lost my cash app card. So I had to make a special trip to the bank to get this money. I gave him the half that was agreed on. He cut most of the branches from my neighbors driveway then loaded his lift and without a word left. He messaged me an hour later told me he needed to get a bigger lift. As soon as he got it he would be back. The rest of the day went by he never called. I called that evening he didn't answer. I called three more times he finally picked up. He said he reserved the lift but it will be a couple days before he got it and promised to be back the next day to start cleaning some of the branches he already cut down. I was at work the next day I text my daughter at three to see if he came out she said he never showed. I called him then he didn't answer so when I got off work at 6:00 I called again and still no answer called two more times he didn't answer. Then 8;30 at night he text me to tell me the brakes on his dump truck froze he needs time to fix them. I asked him how much time are we looking at. It took him an hour to tell me 2 days. I waited a week and he never contacted me. I texted him and asked if his truck was fixed he said it was in the shop. I told him I really needed the branches cleaned because how close to the alley they was. I didn't want someone to drive by and it scrapes their car. He told me if I want it cleaned faster I would have to rent a chipper. Why would I have to rent a chipper to clean up his mess.
