They were prompt during the quote, many other local companies would not return my voicemails during that process. Others were outrageous, one in particular, which is close to my house, was STUPID CRAZY. Any who, when Kmitt's arrived for the job, it was the same guy, Pat, who quoted the job. Not a salesman, I did not have to reiterate with the guys what was originally quoted. And that's a biggie! They went over the branches and rooting and corrected items I did not even consider. They removed all debris, the tree looked fabulous. My wife did not even recognize it. Super friendly, prompt, great attention to detail and AFFORDABLE!

The company keeps their equipment in top notch working order and it is not near as noisy as might be expected. My tree work required the removal of a huge Maple tree in the middle of the yard. It was obvious each limb removal was strategic, and dropped with precision. Max Tree Service then ground the stump, brought in topsoil and spread the grass seed and straw. I didn't have to call in anyone else, or wait to get on their schedule -- it was all complete when the Max trucks pulled out. The crew are all hard working and respectful young men; it was a pleasure to have them at my home. Value? My neighbors are shocked at how reasonable the cost, and so am I. Mike Weeder, the owner, is such a genuinely nice, professional young man -- I'm left believing I have made a caring new friend. I wish I could double those five stars.
