The first one included her rooting around, looking for the vein. As a result, I ended up with a big bruise. No apology. When she went for the other arm, I REMINDED her that I had already TOLD her that I have small veins. Reluctantly, she finally used a butterfly. Then, she repeatedly berated me because the tube wasn't filling up fast; could it be because I have small veins?

I discovered this only after my daughter received treatment and was billed in full for doctor fees. Their billing department charges as regular Office Visit. If your medical plan requires a referral and you don't have one you will be billed for the visit. I even asked the front desk if a referral was needed and the man said no because the office was an emergency/urgent care center. I trusted him and the information listed online. Now I'm stuck with a bill and no one in the office is willing to help. I was transferred several times to various offices and no one ever picked up the phone to speak to me. Very dishonest and disappointing.
