Jared is a very professional person. When I arranged a time for him, literally, he rings the doorbell at exactly that time even when I'm hoping he's late. I've had Jared's service cleaning my home aquariums every month for over one year now and I'm completely happy with him! I have a 55 gallon tank and a 16 gallon tank for fresh water fish. He is friendly. He takes time to explain what kinds of things help or harm the fish. He gives recommendations for creating a more dynamic appearance and for new fish additions. I was desperate to find somebody to clean my 30 gallon tank. It's difficult to find someone with a business such asJared's that services residences and smaller than commercial tanks. I only found one store that I went through and they said they couldn't service anything under $250. My old tank cleaner basically ran in and ran out of the house and my tank was so dirty when he left that it took a day for all of that dirt to settle back into the gravel.
