His caring and attentiveness was obvious from the very start. With an aggressive schedule of therapy (which he thoroughly explained) and use of custom orthotics (which he masterfully crafted) I am virtually pain-free today. I only wish I had found him before suffering for seven years with excruciating foot pain and unbelievable expense trying every suggestion in the books. I started going here because my podiatrist joined the group. I ordered new orthotic inserts for…read morethe shoes. I ordered them in May 2025. They came in in the middle of July. It should never take this long. They were no good, so I had to send them back to be redone. Here it is, the end of Sept. and they finally came in. Almost no arch support. I had to make the decision - take these and go some place else next year so insurance covers some of it again or send them back a 2nd time and wait another 2-4 months for new ones and hope they're good. I took possession of these and I'll find a new Dr. next year. When I would call for the status of my inserts they would either give me the run around or say they'll call me back and never would. I would think twice about going here. My Dr. was good until he joined this group. The funny thing is, if you screw them, they come at you with the fullest extent of the law. There's more than a hand full to choose from and no reviews to help in the decision process. Thus my reason for this review. The Foot First facility here is clean and they have a wealth of information of all types of foot & ankle problems in the waiting room. My first visit was pleasant, the staff is professional, courteous and thorough. Total wait time was only about 10 minutes, then I was led into a bright and extra clean exam room. Dr. Leib was great, he came in and within a few minutes knew what he had to do and then explained to me what he was going to do. Unfortunately, I had more than one ingrown toenail so that would mean multiple visits. The procedure was quick and virtually painless. They gave me all the supplies I would need for after care, except for the wound dressing. But it wasn't expensive, it is all natural and works great. He instructed me to soak my feet once a day in water and vinegar, another all natural treatment! I suspect Dr. Leib doesn't write many prescriptions, he believes in all natural cures where warranted. My second visit was just as pleasant and painless and I look forward to seeing him again in two weeks. In fact I look forward to having Dr. Leib and the Foot First staff my only foot care professional for any of my foot care needs. Their the best!

Got a call a few days later - they forgot to charge for the boot. I mentioned my dissatisfaction with the original charges, was told I'd receive a callback. None. Next? An email telling me that they didn't have masks and if we didn't wear our own, we would be turned away. A few days later, email from Dr. Patrick McEneaney arrived, apologizing and reversing the very terse warning we had received. Clincher? Called to reschedule the followup exam and was told the original followup date somehow wasn't entered into their books. Denoument: Done. Not going back. Even great doctors, mismanaged, are bad.
