I asked was there not another Ultrasound tech available, they said no. This was odd because it is a large practice. So now I'm asked if I want to reschedule after the Holiday. Well that would be fine but I thought now I'm responsible for what my insurance won't pay. I wrote a Google review about this and obviously upset the office Manager, Charlene. She called and mentioned that the Marketing department saw my review. I requested from her that since I did not receive 24 hrs notice (as they require from their patients), would they pay or write off the 30% of what my insurance won't cover. I was told absolutely not and if they were to do it for me they would have to do that for everyone. So although I have been a patient for 10 years and not defaulted on one bill, this was the answer I received. Even though they canceIed on me, less than 24hrs, they put their staffing issues and cost onto their patients. I really felt like I was just a number to them. Now I know why the office staff all have rude attitudes, it comes right from the top. Absolutely no Loyalty to their patients at all. Oh , then that same office manager sends a letter giving me the same pathetic answer in writing too. So bottomline, skip this office if a caring attitude is important to you. I understand they ask patients to arrive 15 minutes early, but life happens. Being a few minutes late--especially after calling ahead--should not mean being treated poorly. What bothered me most was that Dr. Heather seemed dismissive of my questions and told me not to "watch too much TikTok," even though I never mentioned TikTok or social media at all .The comment felt unnecessary and condescending.Also, very rude saying because I drink coffee, I have the symptoms I have. Wasn't able to eat, severely nauseated, very weak, severe pain in my sleeved stomach, and very dehydrated. Went to Huntley ER 2x only to be sent home. Called Dr Guerro who didn't believe how sick I was and said she'd order labs. Took me passing out at yet another ER trip to be admitted by Dr Heydari. He ran an endoscopy which showed a bleeding ulcer deep within an outpocket in my stomach. Guerrero came to my hospital room as I was getting forced fed and said, "You're right, you ARE very sick"... like, what????? Then I was sent home and was told the ulcer would go away. Suprise, it didn't. So they made me suffer for 6 more weeks before Heydari did surgery to cut out the outpocket that had the ulcer too. Ever since that surgery, I've been unable to swallow more than 3oz at a time and Heydari and their office gaslights me by running unnecessary tests and eventually telling me it would just go away. Other patients have had similar situations and he has referred them to other doctors to help. I received no such recommendations. He even put me in the hospital for a vitamin test! This man is your friend as long as he's making money off you, the minute he can't, he treats you like crap. He's the most arrogant, money hungry, and gaslighting doctor I've ever met. Do yourself a favor and think twice before accepting his care because should you have any complications, he'll drop you like yesterday's news.

I'm sure it's a common mistake when you have TWO woman centers in the same building on the SAME floor! I can't be the only person who got confused by it. His receptionist was rude as fuck and immediately turned me and my daughter away cuz we accidentally went to the wrong center first. She did not care and had ZERO compassion for me making an honest mistake! I do not recommend going there unless you want the receptionist to treat you like shit!
