We went to our appointment on day of, and they said that the alternative appointment that they gave us was also cancelled, not by us and they couldn't tell us who cancelled the appointment. Gave us an appointment 2 months down the road. Kinda defeats the purpose of time sensitive to reschedule 60 days down the road. Bad customer service, so can't comment on quality of care. Pass on this place unless you like being given a run around.

They then did not forward my request to my pharmacist and I am now out of my prescription. I was told I had to come in for an ultrasound, but the next appointment was over a month away! I had the ultrasound, which was super fast...then I waited and waited and waited. I eventually hunted down the ultrasound tech to see what the hold up was. I was told I was next. I waited over 1 hour! Then, I finally got a date on the calendar, but the prep was nothing like my prior surgery and I felt like I was constantly asking for clarrification. I trusted my gut and cancelled my surgery. We planned a total hysterectomy (no other options) for five weeks out. She called me personally twice to explain and check on things in the next few days. When my situation worsened over the next weekend, she talked to both me and my husband on Sunday and had me come in that Monday. She had worked her schedule so that I could move the surgery up to that same week. She made a very long day for herself for my sake. I had the procedure and she checked on me twice herself at AGS where they took good care of me. She pulled out the stops to make my life better and while she remained matter of fact, it was clear she cared. I respect her work and would highly recommend her.
