He gave me a free estimate, which you don't always get offered by others. His fees are very reasonable and honest, and he was super dependable. There were multiple moments where Devon showed the highest level of professionalism. For example: (1) showed up both times right on time; (2) brought all the needed materials at the onset of the project; (3) attention to detail and hard work getting a 2 day job done in 1 day; (4) cleaned up after the job and brought all cleaning materials with him; (5) brought a very specific ladder to get up my walk up; and (6) meticulous in upfront walk through to make sure we didn't run into major issues mid-job.
