It's one of the roomiest, poshest interiors you'll experience from a Chinese takeaway, so waiting for your shiny silver box of delights is actually quite pleasurable. The food itself was good enough - me and my companion shared some prawn toast, spring rolls, and a prawn chow mein and it was all very pleasant and quickly served by friendly staff. All in all, it was a slightly upmarket Chinese takeout ordeal, which made a pleasurable change, and I'm sure I'll be returning if I'm ever in the area again.

We were greeted with a smile and some friendly chat, before quickly being presented with our order, which was pretty impressive considering that four of us ordered main dishes at the same time. We munched on some nice light prawn crackers while we waited, which costs us the princely sum of £1, before eating our massive dishes in the car. This is a quite new Chinese take away opened in Yeadon…read more I ordered from there (because they posted me a leaflet) and was pretty impressed with the speed of service, it was not a big order but even so it was ready to collect in 20 mins and piping hot and fresh. They will deliver locally if orders are over £16, otherwise I think they will charge for it. The food was of a pretty good standard and very generous portion sizes. I was impressed that the meat used seemed to be of good quality and texture. They have all the usual Chinese dishes on the menu as well as so Thai specials. They offer a few set menus also.

This has been an institution in Yeadon, from my teenage years to now…read more It is a pizza take-away, that specialises in proper pizzas (rather than the kind of shop that does kebabs, curry and allsorts plus pizzas). So the quality is good. There is no eat in facility, but it is the best end to a night in Yeadon to pick up a Rivoli pizza on the way home. The staff are always friendly and seem to enjoy chat and banter especially on a Friday or Saturday night - when there are a few merry folk waiting for thier pizzas. You can see them preparing and cooking all the food, fresh to order, so you can see how clean the kitchen area is. They do a local delivery service too.
