To the other parents who are having issues - FILE A COMPLAINT with your insurance provider and with the medical board for lack of access to care. Today (Thurs 1/8 - normal business day) was the 4th time within the last year that I was unable to make an appointment for my sick 2 year old because no one would pick up the phone, all day. I sent an email and waited on hold 9 different times for a total of 35 minutes, and no one ever picked up or called me back. No indication the office was closed. This is inexcusable when they're in the business of caring for sick infants and children (if you're closed, let us know so we can find other care?). You can see in my photo, the previous time a month ago I was on hold for 15 minutes before they hung up on me. Once or twice, I give them the benefit of the doubt but 4 time in a year! Business is too good that they don't need your business or care to answer phones anymore. We've changed doctors as of 3 hours ago.

This made the transition easier as the ladies in the office have known my little crew of boys for the 16 years. Dr. Oji is an amazing pediatrician. He educates you on conditions and answers your questions thoroughly. I have built an amazing, trustworthy relationship with him and the staff. He makes himself available after hours for urgent needs via telephone. My boys have said that they feel they are in great hands with Dr. Oji and trust him. That in itself is a big deal for kids and teenagers. He also has Ms. Alex, a nurse practitioner twice a week and she is also utterly amazing. The teamwork of the team makes this a top rated office. I could honestly say that if you're looking for a top notch team, look no further. He has written a couple of books that can help new parents, I highly recommend reading those. He is a kind and gentle man. I will truly miss him, Alex, and the office girls since we are moving out of state. I know I will not find anyone near his expertise where I move to.
