Once again my appointment was at 9, I arrived @ 8:40, and I was finished before 9. The visit wasn't serious, just a slight tweak to my dosage, but still was quite efficient. My Dr wasn't available unfortunately, but they booked me with another to review my situation. As it happens I am still going to need to schedule a follow-up with my actual doctor. Appointment completed and still have time before work.

At the Hospital my husband told them that he went to his doctor last Wednesday and he did nothing! At the hospital they were shocked and didn't believe that the doctor didn't order some lab work. A simple blood test and some laps could have saved my husband. What a jerk! He doesn't deserve to be a doctor not even for animals!

In the past two years, I have been to this location for lab work at least twice. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes. Today I was told for "walk in" labs it would be at least an hours wait. I could not wait, since I had a previously scheduled dentist appointment. I know my Doctors office moved from floor 2 to the first floor a couple weeks ago and the "bugs" have not been worked out yet. I feel the move has not been efficient for this office. Lab blood draw wait times of over an hour are unacceptable in my opinion. At this time I would not recommend having labs done at this office. I hope they work this out!!

Following the examination, Daryl informed us that there were no indications for antibiotic treatment. I respectfully questioned this decision, explaining that my daughter's symptoms worsened at night and had been progressively more difficult to manage with at home remedies - a situation we have experienced before. I emphasized that our visit was not impulsive; we had waited eight days to seek medical care. Despite this, we were not provided any treatment or antibiotics. Within hours, we sought care at another immediate care facility where a different healthcare provider diagnosed my daughter with pneumonia. Ten days after our visit to OHSU Immediate Care in Beaverton, I visited a new urgent care facility where the doctor identified the most severe ear infection (in both ears) he had ever encountered. I plan to contact Patient Advocacy Relations in hopes this does not happen to another family again.

Asked them if I should pay this or if they will try to get it resolved. They said: Don't worry, we will put a note you will be out of the country. While I was gone my husband gets the bill that says Pay now or else.. Horrible customer service and they cannot bill correctly. I wasted my money and time. They did not help either for what these two appointments were.

I recently stopped into the Beaverton location for a Covid shot. The shopping center at Cedar Hills has a lot of stuff going on, from food to shopping to things you need an appointment for. It is easy to schedule with One Medical, they accommodated my earlier arrival time, and I was in and out quickly. The offices are all very similar in style, but this one feels a little bit more personalized with staff decor.

My full physical literally only consisted of my BP being taken and a generic blood panel that didn't even come back with conditions I already knew I had. It's basically a referral center, but even the doctors they refer you to aren't accepting new patients. To top off the horrible experience this place offers, Dr. Cuneo actually wanted to withhold vital information about my health. I've never heard a doctor so adamant about not sharing health information with their own patient. I'll definitely be following up with my lawyers as I'm not even sure that's legal. DO NOT GO HERE. They don't care about their patients.

Examples: I requested a checkup more than once, went in, and the doctor didn't give me a checkup. He just checked my blood pressure and a couple other things, then showed me to the door. I reminded him that I came for a checkup. He said, "Oh, you should have told me sooner that you wanted that." And he wouldn't give me a checkup at that moment because our appointment was now over. So I had to schedule yet another appointment just to get a checkup. On another occasion, I set up an appointment for him to refer me to a specialist for a specific procedure. I went to the appointment, he gave me a referral. But when I called that referral for my procedure, the person said I couldn't get one without my primary doctor's referral, which I THOUGHT I got, but apparently not! Instead, he referred me for some other procedure which I didn't even want!

Her quality of care is very high She is young and I used to be skeptical about young docs. No not her! She is a smoking gun when it comes to treating her patient. She is very current with the modern medical science. Her compassion for non-insured patients is beyond compare. She gives discounts on cash patients, sometimes I wondered how does she survive if she charges so low. For Dr. Tran it is not all about making money but making sure her patient is well at all or no cost. She is awesome and I highly recommend her. She also does same day appointments. Her front office and back office staff: changing at times. She always had a new assistant everytime I saw her but this did not change in my medical care. Check her out. You will not regret it.
