We found NuSpine Chiropractic, and they told us they had a new Oceanside location nearby and could take us immediately. We were there within 10 minutes, and they took us in right away. My only assumption is that this was done as a cost-saving measure, but it has negatively impacted both the doctors and the patients. Having a single doctor responsible for all patient care places an unreasonable workload on them. Doctors need adequate time not only to see patients, but also to properly document visits and maintain accurate medical records. The result has been noticeably longer wait times for patients. What used to be a quick and efficient visit is no longer the case. The quality of the doctors remains outstanding, but the operational changes under the new ownership have significantly reduced the overall patient experience. Because of this, I will be finding a new practice for my care.
