The staff seemed unorganized, no one appeared to know what they were doing, and they still have my ID -- which I've been calling repeatedly to get back. They referred me for bloodwork but never followed up to confirm if I completed it, never called with results, and never checked in about anything. When I first visited, I explained the issues I was having with my feet and other concerns, but nothing was taken seriously. Instead, the staff spent most of the time talking among themselves in Tagalog. Whether it was intentional or not, it made me feel ignored and uncomfortable. On top of that, they never sent the referrals I requested. They told me they didn't want to go through the process required by my insurance, and because of that, nothing ever got done. No follow-up, no communication, nothing. I've been trying to call just to get my ID mailed back and to let them know I won't be returning, but even that has been a struggle. When I later spoke with the manager, Jaime, she was dismissive and failed to offer even a basic apology for her team's behavior. Her tone and lack of concern made it clear why the staff act the way they do it's tolerated. I also don't understand why patients aren't being contacted by doctors to discuss their medical results. In my father's case, a CNA or staff (not a doctor) called to review his test results, and the interaction was abrupt and confusing. It's unacceptable that a patient dealing with an issue would be treated with so little care or professionalism. Overall, I do not recommend this facility. The reception, medical assistants, and management are disorganized, rude, and seem more interested in proving a point than supporting patients. This office needs serious improvement in professionalism, communication, and basic respect for the people they serve.
