We came here for a football game and it was our first time visiting this campus. What a beautiful…read morefacility. We were very impressed and we were also impressed at how well they hosted parents and students from a visiting high school. Everyone from students to parents and faculty was just as nice as they could be. My only complaint and feedback for the school is that they are trying to go cashless on ticket sales and also their concession sales. Their ticket sells app, though simple, requires too many steps. I actually ended up buying tickets for a family that was very confused on how to navigate back-and-forth on the steps for the app. And that was one of their own families, not one of us visiting families. Well, the cashless set up at the concession stand was far more simple. Once again the reader was having problems, making the process far more complicated than it needed to be. Another thing that I don't think is too cool, is most students have cash and don't carry a credit card. So there are you in the app with kids to order things and then find out that they don't have a means to pay for it. So they need to streamline their cashless policy and at least figure out a way that kids can pay if they don't have a credit card. Review #2124
