He was able to give me the color I wanted while maintaining the integrity and length of my hair, which was extremely important to me. Andy was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and clearly takes so much pride in his work. He explained everything throughout the process and never rushed or compromised the health of my hair just to get a certain result. The attention to detail was incredible, and the final result completely exceeded my expectations. I am somewhat satisfied with the result but did note a few things: -he cut my hair dry which was ok but the shears pulled on my hair at times -the end result was nice except it looks just a tad uneven in length - I noted that he didn't do what my former hairdresser does - which is pull the hair down in front to see if they are even.
