I'd try 2-3 classes, then would move on since I felt I wouldn't get anywhere. I found Susan by contacting Concordia and thankfully she responded right away. Susan is super nice and I feel that she genuinely cares about my progress. She explains concepts and helps me understand if I'm not getting it. Other congregants had raved about his voice and attended his recitals, so I was very excited to start. I hadn't sung regularly in 30 years. During my first few lessons I remember feeling that my voice was weak, but Stephen would always tell me something understanding or motivational. He always made me feel comfortable with my voice.
