My pictures were broken, the couch foot was broken, dressers were scratched, memorabilia damaged. They packed sensitive items with hard stuff and smashed things that cannot be replaced. The move took two full days to complete, despite the reverse move previously being completed in about three hours by just one person and a crackhead. The timeline felt incredibly inefficient and resulted in significantly higher costs than expected. To make matters worse, several items were missing after the move. There was little accountability or urgency shown in resolving these issues, which only added to the frustration. One of the most concerning aspects of the experience was that movers were taking videos inside the home without permission. Even more troubling, the behavior came across as inappropriate and unsettling toward a 15-year-old family member. This created an uncomfortable environment during what should have been a professional service visit. The pricing was also inconsistent and seemed to fluctuate throughout the process. The final cost did not align with expectations set beforehand, making it difficult to trust the estimates that were provided. Moving is already stressful enough. Professionalism, transparency, and respect for customers' homes and families should be the minimum standard. Unfortunately, my experience with Chubby Fit Movers fell well short of that expectation.

If you know anything about dealing with PODS, you know that's not how it works. The audacity and arrogance of A Kings Son to not show and tell us they could come the next day. By the way, when I was trying to contact a Kings Son directly, they did not answer and their voicemail was full. Not only do I NOT recommend, I urge you to do business elsewhere. The lady who handled my appointment schedule at the toll free number was very polite and set up the appointment with ease. The local guy was very understanding and polite as well. On moving day the guys showed up on time they gave me a text when they left the store they went to my parents home first then the apartment and then to the destination.
