My pictures were broken, the couch foot was broken, dressers were scratched, memorabilia damaged. They packed sensitive items with hard stuff and smashed things that cannot be replaced. They completely over paid for this awful quality of work they did. Im so disappointed and upset. The only thing I have from them is an emailed receipt with price I paid. I've sent them an email to ask about filing a complaint and hopefully they can make up for this but I seriously doubt it because some things don't have a price.

A person from a help agency (HireAHelper) called me at 9:30 a.m. to say A Kings Son was "stuck on another job" and would not be coming. They could, however, come the next day. If you know anything about dealing with PODS, you know that's not how it works. The audacity and arrogance of A Kings Son to not show and tell us they could come the next day. By the way, when I was trying to contact a Kings Son directly, they did not answer and their voicemail was full. Not only do I NOT recommend, I urge you to do business elsewhere. Correcting their lack of professionalism was a lot of work. I have to rate at least one star, but I do so begrudgingly.

The lady who handled my appointment schedule at the toll free number was very polite and set up the appointment with ease. The local guy was very understanding and polite as well. On moving day the guys showed up on time they gave me a text when they left the store they went to my parents home first then the apartment and then to the destination. They were very efficient and quick. They were also very polite. The hunks part is explained on the pic of the truck that I posted. It was a very nice experience as far as moving goes and pretty reasonable w the price as well. Would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to family and friends.
