Here's why I keep utilizing them year after year: 1.) Expertise and Knowledge: Elias has over 30 years of professional experience in personal tax preparation. He knows the ins and outs of the tax code, ensuring accuracy and maximizing returns. A previous tax advisor quoted me almost $1,000 less than Elias for the same year! 2.) Responsive and Caring: When my husband's usual tax advisor ghosted us, we contacted Elias per my dad's recommendation. Elias always remembers me and my family even after so much time passing between visits. He's very efficient when it comes to answering any questions I have or just general communication; I'm never left wondering when he'll respond back to my inquiries. My personal income taxes are done so quick, and he makes the process so seamless! 3.) Dad-Approved: My dad recommended Elias to me and I'm forever grateful. He's been using their services for many years, and we both appreciate their attention to detail and commitment to excellence. 4.) This year, I shopped around for a CPA locally and couldn't find the right fit (one business tried to upsell me into something I shouldn't be doing). Jean helped guide me through the whole process and was able to answer all of my questions, from the most basic to the convoluted. We were even able to amend a previous tax year, which I did not know was possible. I definitely would recommend Jean, especially if you're a business and homeowner. Her credentials are impressive. My experience with her thus far has been great. Yes, her prices are steeper compared to CPA's in the San Gabriel area, but is she definitely worth it. Pay more for a quality CPA, and you will understand your taxes better. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone. Tip: Street parking is better. The parking in the back is shared amongst the other businesses, and you don't want to risk your car getting towed.

So naturally, everything gets shipped off to me like I'm some kind of IRS whisperer. This year though? GAME. CHANGER. From the moment I called, Yvonne answered like a ray of calm sunshine, friendly, patient, and not at all phased by my "help, I'm doing my parents' taxes and I need adult supervision" energy. Then Liz followed up like the organized queen she is, making sure I had every document lined up (honestly, better than I've ever had my life together). And then... Andrea. The CEO herself. ICONIC. Not only did she walk me through everything like a pro, she broke things down in a way that didn't make me feel like I needed a finance degree to understand it. We talked strategy, future planning, and somehow--SOMEHOW--she got my parents the biggest return they've ever had. I'm still not over it. What used to be the most stressful time of year turned into one of the easiest, smoothest experiences ever. My parents are happy, I'm stress-free, and we've officially become those people who won't shut up about their tax office. 10/10. Would trust them with my sanity again.

She was incredibly patient and gracious. I was embarrassed about my situation and she never did anything but treat me with grace, empathy and great professionalism. She kept her explanations clear, concise and uncluttered with guesses or unnecessary information. She was very clear about the information required from me and didn't flinch when some of it was not straightforward. I owed a relatively low amount, but this itself was a problem for me. The IRS took a stance of why don't you just pay? Because I can't with tight, reduced income! She considered our options and proceeded with confidence but never was reckless in saying she guaranteed results, but that from her experience, it was likely to work out. I greatly appreciated this candor, as opposed to flashy unkeepable promises. It took a good while. The IRS dragged their feet. Khristina was patient and prompt to contact me as the situation progressed. We even were able to include 2018 because of the delay. The resolution just came through and it was better than good.
