Instead of being met with care, my symptoms were minimized and dismissed. Even after scoring at the highest severity level on their own anxiety/depression screenings, the provider only gave me a taper for my current medication and never told me what I would be switching to next. I was given no treatment plan, no replacement medication, and no stabilization guidance. Only after I left did she call me multiple times asking to "discuss my medication," something that should have been handled during the actual appointment. When I brought in my FAMLI medical leave paperwork, she wrote on it without explaining why, making it unusable. When I asked for it back, she told me she had "written some things on it while talking to the other doctor" and offered to print a new one. The handling of my paperwork felt careless and unprofessional. I left more anxious and confused than when I arrived and will be filing a formal complaint. For anyone needing real mental-health support, I strongly recommend seeking care elsewhere.

At the first visit, Holly listened to every problem he had, only interrupting to ask clarifying questions. She then ordered labs, CTs, and MRIs. At the second visit, she thought she had an answer but ordered additional screenings. He got a phone call and set up a third appointment. She found the answer to it all! He has a variant of a very rare disease. (Only about 10,000 in the US.) She got him set up with the best specialist in Colorado for this disease and he is being well cared for.
