If you are 3 minutes late for an appointment they will make you reschedule and charge you the fee to do so (the fee is a $1 a minute for however long your appointment was to be). They are also relentless on their appointment reminders. They will text you EVERYDAY and call you every other day for a week before your appointment. It is annoying and disruptive. Their quality of dental work is middle of the road but just their office management is so painful I would go somewhere else. They make it so painful to just go to the dentist it isn't work your time.

Commonwealth Dentistry may have good dentists (I do not know), but the front desk staff is UNORGANIZED, INCOMPETENT, and INEFFICIENT. On 9 May 2023 I called to make an appointment and establish care at this clinic. I picked this clinic mainly because of the location and I also saw it had some good reviews. They asked for ALL MY INFORMATION (phone call lasted 10 minutes and 18 seconds) and scheduled me for 29 June 2023. They were booked over a month out, but I decided to give them a try. On 26 June 2023 (three days before my appointment), they called me to tell me that because of a 'scheduling conflict', they had to reschedule my appointment and the only appointment available was TWO months out! I was not happy and asked to be put on a waitlist, but I decided to still give them a try. My appointment was set for 31 August 2023. ONE DAY prior to my appointment, after I had waited THREE months from my initial contact and TWO months after they had to reschedule me, they messaged me to let me know that my 'insurance was out of network'. The message was followed by a phone call where the staff seemed indifferent in tone and appeared shocked I was even upset and not once did I hear an apology. This is complete incompetence, lacking consideration for a potential client, and shows how inefficient the scheduling/administrative staff is at Commonwealth Dentistry. How do you schedule a client in May for a June appointment that you then reschedule for the end of August and you do not verify in all that time their insurance??? YOU DO NOT DO THIS TO PEOPLE!!!!!!!! My mistake was giving them an opportunity even after they showed their lack of care and consideration for me as a patient. This may be a blessing in disguise that after waiting three months I will never do business with this clinic.
