This place and its people are very amazing. Ive come here about 4 times now and the feels and hospitality and nurture and care is stellar. Im getting a massage today and even when I've lost thousands, this place makes it all better! The facility is beautiful and atmosphere is unparalleled. I almost want to stop gambling at vegas and just lose my money here! Lmao. Kidding, vegas is my home, I can't do that quite yet. So the services in general were amazing but the lack of service and accommodations are what brought this review to a 2 star. When we booked we were told it would be $285 for the couples massage and add on is $25 so we expected to pay about $350. Upon checking out we were told it was $731!!!!!! We were like no that is not what we were told when we booked and even online it states $285 and couples add on is $25 so misleading in both directions. Spoke to the spa manager who stated she could give us 30% off and while that helps thats still not what we expected to pay so she talks with her manager who states that's the best they can do. All in all spent $200 plus more than expected because of a communication error and a website error. Won't be returning here, left more stressed than when we arrived. read more

New resort spa at Jamul Casino. Many things to like about it, and some areas that can be improved. Good: New beautiful facility with lots of amenities. We tried everything; sauna, steam room, hot tub, massage chaise in lounge, terrace seating. All very nice and new. Bad: Co-ed hot tub, small outdoor terrace (only shade, no sun from 11:30AM - 4PM during our visit) no hooks to hang towels/robes near any of the amenities and spa guest do not have access to the hotel pool. We were told the pool is for hotel guests only. Our visit was within 2-3 weeks of them first opening but they still have some kinks to work out. The biggest issue was not having access to stairs to get to the spa. My friend has a phobia of confined spaces. She never takes the elevator. We spent 30 minutes trying to get approval to use the stairs. Per the Security Director, she could not use the stairs to go UP one floor to the spa but they would allow her to use the stairs to go DOWN one floor to the lobby. MAKES NO SENCE AT ALL. We considered cancelling appointments but worried we'd be charged a no show fee and she didn't want to ruin our day. She took the elevator but the incident put her in a bad place physically and emotionally, initially. We expected to enjoy a stress free day to reset and relax with a massage but because of the nonsensical issue with no access to stairs going up, it wasn't the best way to start our day. It took meds and some time for her to calm her nerves and the massage helped, too. We appreciated the concern and service from everyone in the spa and made the best of our day. The security issue is separate from the spa, but something to consider if going to this facility. In regards to the pool, even if they allowed spa guests to use, I don't know if stairs would have been available -- it's a rooftop pool. read more

I had the most amazing service today at the spa, Annette who greeted me when I walked in was so sweet and helpful, smiled the whole time. Alma was my therapist who gave me the best sugar scrub of my life, that woman really knows her stuff and completely changed my mind about getting future spa services, I hope they keep her on a pedestal, she really knows how to make someone feel comfortable. The spa itself is absolutely gorgeous with many amenities and services to choose from. Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming, I'm excited to go back. Oh, I don't want to leave out the other girl who was at the front desk on my way out was also sweet as well. read more

My wife and I have been to world class spas in many different countries. Jamul Spa is exquisite. Jeff and Alma our massage therapists are true professionals. The spa is beautiful and brand new. My friend and I celebrated my birthday at Jamul Spa for the weekend and it was amazing. We started our day with a facial treatment, pedicure, and lunch at the terrace. My friend had a Hydro lift facial, and I did a Deluxe Hydra facial. Both facials were must needed, our skin felt rejuvenated, super glowy, hydrated and firm. I highly recommend it, please ask for Maria she was our esthetician for the facial, she definitely changed our skin for the best. Maria was very friendly, professional and caring. We also had a pedicure and gel services and both Vanessa and her coworker Annica were very gentle and fun. We were very happy with the results, I highly recommend it. After our facial and pedicure we had access to all amenities, this includes the sauna, steam room, hot tub and more. We ate at the terrace and admire the view. If you are not staying at the hotel, don't worry, they have lockers to secure your belongings so you can spend the whole day at the spa. Jamul Spa is my favorite place now not only for the services but their employees made me feel like home, especially on my birthday. Thank you so much, best birthday gift getaway! read more

Great massage but you have to pay for the massage up front. Then the masseuse was not at all happy about a 20% tip, she demanded at least 25%. It became an ugly verbal exchange over the tip amount. read more

What a wonderful experience! The spa itself is really nice and smells lovely. The jetted tub is spacious and relaxing. When I checked in, Tania helped my mom book a facial and massage, making sure it would be a great experience for her. Spa place is very nice. The massage is great and facial is fantastic since I took my friend for his bday and we really enjoyed it. The setting inside the room is so relaxing. I love when they have steam and sauna room for you to relax. Definitely will do it again. One good thing is you get comp from the host if you play at casino for free. The only thing you pay is tip for the service. read more
