I enjoyed the service overall, and my esthetician was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately, my…read morefacial waxing took longer than I expected, and I noticed that she went over the same areas several times. After leaving, I realized that some of the skin on my face had been broken/raw from the waxing, which was very upsetting. I have very sensitive skin, and I wish she had let me know before I left that my skin had been damaged so I could have been aware and taken the proper precautions right away. While I appreciate how kind she was, because of my sensitive skin and the condition my face was left in, I unfortunately will not be returning. I'm really disappointed and sad about the experience, especially because I had hoped to leave feeling good about my service.

Now I must start off by saying that Danielle has the hands of an angel. She is the only person I trust for any facial, wax or spray tan I receive. First, I called at like 11 to get a walk-in and they had availability at 12 so I went in. Second, I have really sensitive skin and explained how soft wax has affected my underarms (which was an at home treatment) and she made sure to use hard wax. She was knowledgeable, and she has attention to detail and made sure to do a good job. I 100% recommend booking with Hannah. I got underarms and 1/2 leg for reference and it was abound 80$ (without tip) which is also pretty good for pricing for a service like this!

The lounge is always clean, the customer service is wonderful, and everyone here genuinely knows what they're doing. Tara is usually the one who does my waxes, and she is amazing! I've also had appointments with the other employees, and they've all been so kind, professional, and great at what they do. It's clear that the whole team takes pride in their work and cares about their clients. One thing to keep in mind is that parking is street meter parking, and it can sometimes be difficult to find a spot, so I'd recommend giving yourself a little extra time when scheduling your appointment.
