Even though the normal business day ends much earlier than the 9 pm I made this realization, I still gave it a try. My expectations were leaving a message and attempting to schedule the next available day. Much to my surprise, not only was my call answered, but I was connected to the owner of the company who personally assured me that they would send over someone to give me an estimation within the hour. True to her word, a knock on my door occurred at 9:20, less than half an hour from my phone call. After showing them around, I received an estimate of the areas I wanted clean and an offer to send the crew to do the tasks at the time of my preference. The next morning, they showed up on time, ready to work. They didn't waste time as many hourly professionals do in setup or unloading. As they walked in, Tara and Ben began work like a well oiled machine, without needing to be reminded of the services requested.
