Shawn provided the sound for our ceremony, lighting for the reception tent and DJ services. Our ceremony was originally planned for the outdoor Oliver Gardens, but was moved indoors at the last minute due to the cold and rain. The sound was provided for the string quartets, our officiant and readers. Despite the last minute change, everything was perfect. The lighting provided for the tent was beautiful and really added to the atmosphere. We requested Shawn as our DJ since he was highly recommended by several people and he did an amazing job. We met with him prior to the wedding to discuss the music and he had some great recommendations that worked perfectly. He kept things moving all night and the dance floor filled. He's able to read the crowd and keep a festive atmosphere. He also handled a very wide variety of requests from our guests. Definitely no need to look elsewhere - ProShow is as good as it gets!

Mike has awesome online tools to save songs that you do or don't want played, what people to introduce, and a timeline of events. He's willing to go over anything with you and makes you feel like any question is okay. One of my pet peeves is when I feel anxious around vendors to ask questions or schedule appointments, but Mike made everything so smooth. He'd be willing to meet up whenever to talk in person or over the phone. It was just as great then on the day of. Mike was friendly and took the time to learn each one of my wedding party's names (which isn't easy). He was also flexible with the timeline when things came up. I filled out his form on his website and within minutes he called me back. This threw me off because I went to contact 4 DJs before him, and I didn't receive a response for days. Jason was very explanatory towards what he does. He is very detail oriented, but also works very well off his cuff. He is a constant in an event of constantly changing variables. He takes the requested music for the open dance portion of the ceremony, holds off drunken, inappropriate, and nonsensical request. We picked 10 apps and decided with the wood fire pizzas (which was really cool watching them set up and cook the pizzas) and a few different lasanges. I am a vegetarian and wasnt sure how the vwggie lasganas woukd go iver, but even my meat loving family said it was awesome. They did a bride and groom speciality pizzas too. Everyone raved about the food and they were so great to work with. It took so much wedding stress off us for going with them. We got married at Lake Michigan Gardens, 8.18.18- which is a wonderful venue. They all worked together to make it a great day. I highly recommend this catering company.
