Called about buying a CAR STEREO... the lady said we have many in-stock but will only sell the cheapest brand we stock if u want an install we can sell u a better brand ...okay how much are installs ? The lady says in the rudest way possible " WELL if u have aftermarket already then we have to hardwire and thats extra and more if any body has CUT or messed with the wiring and I don't trust any wiring jobs from anyone else" LOL so I gave up w trying to offer my business to them . I went to Jammin Car Audio, initially because they were in close proximity to work and home. Chris was great in understanding my needs from cost to functionality. He installed 2 head rest video systems that could run independently or together. My sons love the system and the system also has the capability to add/attach a separate component such as a gaming system. In addition he provided the pros and cons of the various accessories and was mindful of my cost requirements. He did such great work on the system I also had them install a amplifier to my stock sound system with an upgrade to the speakers. It works great with the variety of music i listen to from Andrea Boceli to Metallica to include audio books. The truck was in a recent accident that required i remove the video system but could not get to the amp. I now have a new truck and i am going back to Jammin because of the above and my commitment to loyalty for a service provider that exceeded my expectations. read more

They gave me a fair price for the product I requested and for its installation and the best part was that it was done right. Additionally, they went out of their way to do a couple of minor things that I asked them to and they did with a "no problem" and left me with a big smile on my face because there was no charge. I am also a veteran (USMC) and they gave me a military discount and an exceptionally nice card with an insert of sayings pertaining to Marines. Do I need to state much I appreciated that simple gesture? Good product, Fair price, great service, veteran friendly, do I need to say more. Just purchased a new stereo for my 2004 Rav 4 (Don't judge me. I love her. ) and it was a fabulous experience. The owners were knowledgeable and wonderfully accommodating. We walked in off the street with no appointment at 3:30pm (they close at 5pm), and they had us installed and out of there in I believe, less than an hour. The owners were very pleasant and they both had a great sense of humor. Such an enjoyable experience that we are taking my husbands van in next week for a similar installation. Have terrible sounding speakers that hurt your ears? Go to Jammin Car Audio and they'll make them so terrible and uncomfortable that you'll never have to listen to them again. Only cost me $700 and a very angry, screaming owner who yelled at me that if I wanted to be able to listen to my speakers I would have to pay another few hundred for an AMP bypass. Amazing, only have to pay an additional $300-$400 on top of the initial $700 to get the correct part to have correctly working speakers! After chatting with Crutchfield representatives and other car stereo technicians (who own their own shops), I was told Jammin Car Audio graciously put in the incorrect wiring harness which is why the sound quality is so god awful. Quote from another car stereo shop "this shop sounds like a place that doesn't take pride in their work" and another shop "time for a different installer. Should have caught that in the bay and if not, then either he's got something else on his plate OR 30 years of router work, metal cutting, high db noise day in and day out with 0 ear protection and his ears are shot." This shop owner continues and said "with the current incorrect setup, you have 'power to power', which sounds like shit". (I did not purchase and had no intention in purchasing anything from these shops, which means their opinions were unbiased. Both shops had nothing to gain in telling me this) Well, on the bright side, it's about a year later and my hearing has never been better. On a serious note, I no longer listen to my car stereo because of how horrible it sounds. Many songs sound so horrendous that they truely hurt my ears. To conclude, this shop obviously knows what they're doing. The work they have done in other cars is pretty amazing, but that doesn't mean shit if the owner is willing to take advantage of a customer with not much car stereo knowledge. I don't like leaving negative reviews as I know how they can be bad for the business, but after calling the owner to express my concerns and getting yelled at as a response (after being extremely respectful), I said screw it, he earned it. TLDR: Shop knows their stuff, but are very willing to take advantage of a customer and then yell at them when they complain. I'd recommend any other shop over Jammin... even Walmart. read more

Excellent service!! I brought my car into the shop, told them what I would like to have installed and they then took the car on the spot and fixed me up. Do not go here! They carry the most rude customer service I have ever had in my life! As a Veteran of this country I will not tolerate someone talking down to me like she did! At 1400 hours today I simply came in to ask how much an install would cost for a double din stereo with Nav on a Yukon Denali! I said I have a head unit that I bought for $200 and she just stop me right there and was cussing left and right I'm not putting in that piece of sh*t, I don't put in cheap sh*t, I'm not installing that....etc etc Well, I paid $200 for a brand new pioneer double din stereo with Nav (msrp over $700.00) from a friend. I simply wanted it installed. She had no ideal and just assumed. She continued to get louder and even more rude until I walked out. What is this world coming too??? Please, do not take your business to this rude disrespecting establishment! read more
