They're not new to the dry cleaning business so it's nice to have someone knowledgable taking care of my precious clothes. The original location has been in business for over 19 years in Maitland. They even offer "valet dry-cleaning" with pick-up & drop offs. Nice to see them expanding! Clean, easy to get to, and the price is 1/2 of what the guys down the street are charging per garment. I dropped off 21 dresses late Saturday afternoon at the MetroWest location and they were all ready on Tuesday. (Yes, I said 21 dresses, don't judge me LOL). I told them not to rush since its a fairly large drop-off. Everything came back nice and pressed. Keep me happy and they'll have a customer for life!

Such a relief to pick up my clothes, have them all look wonderful, and not consider a heart attack when I get my bill. They're fair, they do a great job, and the customer service has always been exceptional. Never had an issue, but have no reason to think, that should ever a problem arise, this company would handle it fairly and professionally - just like they do their dry cleaning services.

I've tried a bunch of local Laundromats and found that I like this one best from Edgewater to ormond beach and in between. I mean, I can't tell you anything that they've done above and beyond hence the 5 instead of 5 starts but they are continually functional and outside of the fact that they literally put out a total of 3-4 laundry baskets for their customers to use as if they were somehow precious and irreplaceable, I can't otherwise complain. In the world we live in today, a business simply fulfilling its purpose without causing me problems deserves an above average but not above that review. If you're in the area and looking for a decent place to do your laundry, check em out. Their facility does border the drug part of town so there are shady characters about but I have never, in a year, had any problem at all with them and besides, I can see my laundry from my car so I do t have to deal with people if I don't want to and I almost never do outside of my kiddos. She did not like her job, cleaning, kids running around, she was grumbling to herself. 01/01/2026 @ 11:00 am, took my clothes from the washer to the dryer. She told me to wait while she cleaned the lint trap. I waited watching her. 01/01/2026 @ 11:05 am, She then finished, and asked me why I was watching her. I ignored her, put my clothes in the dryer, started it, then waited 12 minutes in the laundromat, sitting near the dryer, for fear that the lady would do something to my clothes. I started this Yelp review, went outside took a picture of the front for my post, came back in, lady asked my why I took a picture, I said to let people know where I am at. She continued her ranting. She then called someone and told them what I was doing. I rarely need to use dry cleaning services and my assumption was they are all relatively the same…read moreprice. Boy! Was I wrong! I walked into Alysa Cleaners in the Loch Laven Plaza in Mt. Dora, since I had to go to Publix and they were located next to Publix. For a woolen winter overcoat, a woolen pea coat, a cashmere scarf, and a cashmere stocking cap/beanie totaled $96.25! To me it sounded shocking. I didn't know it was going to cost that much. She asked me if I wanted to pay for it now or wait until Friday when it would be ready to pick up. That was March 24th and it was Monday the 20th of March. So it wasn't overnight dry cleaning either. After talking with friends and calling other dry cleaners, Miss Alysa overcharged me big time! When I went into her store to pick up the items, I mentioned to her that she overcharged me. She just looked at me shit-eating grin, and kept on looking busy.

They are the closest to me but I will go elsewhere because their prices are insanely high.read more
