There is a new person on the counter each time you go in and every question you ask is " above their pay grade". They charge you to create more stains and rip a silk blouse, but take no responsibility! They also do shoe repair. This morning my husband was charged $27 to glue 1 strap on one shoe of a pair of sandals. The prices are outrageous! Their workmanship is subpar! Stay away! If I could give this takeover of a good business "0", I would!

I work 6 days a week and I decided it was a good day on my day off to do a fresh reset and wash ALL of our clothes and now we're left with nothing.
