Our experience with Jamie and her team was nothing short of exceptional. Selling our family home where my Mother lived for 58 of the 59 years it was our home, was an emotional journey. The thought of letting go of this cherished space made the process difficult, but Jamie and her team guided us with care, patience and unvarying support every step of the way. From the very beginning, Jamie took our initial, casual comment of - "wellll, we'd kind of like $850K" seriously and treated it as a firm goal. Over the following months, we worked tirelessly to prepare the home, implementing every suggestion Jamie provided to ensure it present its best. Once the house hit the market, we were amazing by the response. Despite comps in the area hovering around $750K, we received multiple offers well above asking within the first week. Negotiating the final price was where Jamie's expertise truly shone. She coordinated seamlessly with the buyer's agent, leveraging her professional insight to secure exactly what we had hoped for. Timing played a crucial role and Jamie ensured everything aligned perfectly - even amidst the busy Eugene end-of-summer season. In the end, both the buyers and our family were thrilled. We're deeply grateful to Jamie, Karla, Chris and the entire Jamie Paddock Elite Realty team for making this journey smooth, transparent and ultimately rewarding. We most definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a real estate experience based on trust, dedication and outstanding results. read more

EXCELLENCE!!! I really cant begin to express the gratitude we have for Jamie and her amazing staff of professionals, but I'll try. From the moment we had contact with Jamie, we felt like family, experiencing warmth and caring, not the typical environment. Our needs, concerns, and interests were hers, and Jamie's knowledge and experience in her field was obvious from our interaction. She even anticipated what we needed to know before we knew to ask. Communication with us at this level was something else we had never experienced before. Clear, honest, professional, and yet warmly personal. We felt like a burden was lifted when we decided to do business with Jamie and her staff. Honestly, there were days I felt a little guilty because she carried the burden, and got the job done! If you are considering purchasing or selling your home or any real estate, I encourage you to use Jamie Paddock at Elite Reality. You will want to sing her praises as well. Thank you Jamie read more

I'm incredibly grateful to Jamie, Karla, and the entire team for the care, patience, and dedication they showed throughout the sale of our property! I was acting as POA for a family member, so this was far from a typical transaction, with plenty of hurdles and unexpected challenges along the way. We had several offers, and more than once things fell apart at the last minute. Through it all, Jamie, Karla, and the team never gave up. They were always communicative, patient, and willing to pivot and help us figure out the best path forward. What meant the most was knowing we had a team we could truly trust. They made a complicated and emotional process feel so much more manageable and ultimately got us across the finish line. I truly can't thank Jamie and Karla enough for going above and beyond! I would absolutely work with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for realtors who genuinely care. Five stars doesn't seem like enough!! read more

Happily, many reviews of home sale experiences are effusive with satisfaction and praise. How nice for all concerned. However, when things do not go smoothly, we gain the opportunity to witness the mettle of the individuals into whose hands we have placed the profoundly important business of selling our homes. Jamie Paddock and her team had already provided us with such excellent photographs and marketing strategies, as well as just the right amount of regular contact and guidance that they already had my strong recommendation. ( I must interrupt here and report that a casual suggestion from Jamie that I should paint the old foundation "concrete gray" increased the visual appeal of our home dramatically.) Later however, substantial difficulties arose. Jamie stepped up to the plate and worked unreservedly in our best interest. She had our backs. Five stars is not enough for Jamie and team. We thoroughly enjoyed collaborating with Jamie Paddock and her team. Their expertise, professionalism, and reliability are truly commendable. This is our second time working with them, and each experience has been exceptional. I firmly believe that we wouldn't have achieved the same level of success with any other team. During our recent collaboration, we primarily worked with Karla to purchase our house. She demonstrated exceptional communication skills, keeping us informed about every step of the process. Karla's meticulous attention to detail and efficient management ensured a smooth and timely transaction. Her extensive knowledge of the field and her extensive network of contacts allowed her to expedite the process and ensure accuracy. It was a pleasure working with Karla and Jamie. I highly recommend Jamie Paddock Group. Thank you, A&Y Romero read more

Jamie's team was incredible. Our house sold for far more than we could have ever thought possible. Jamie helped us to see what small "fixes" we could do to make everything look so much better with minimal effort. Her stager was amazing at helping us to make our rooms feel more spacious and open and was automatically included as part of the transaction. With the small repairs Jamie recommended, the staging suggestions from her staging consultant and her amazing photographer our listing looked like it was straight out of a magazine! And the entire process was so smooth, no discomfort for us whatsoever. Danielle communicated just enough to keep us informed but not overwhelmed. And Chris' humor kept everything light and easy. Thank you to the team and we would highly recommend that everyone use the Jamie Paddock Group. read more

After having my home on the market for 6 months, with NO traction, a friend suggested I give Jamie a call. I was out of state and needed someone I could trust to get the job done. She has assembled a GREAT team of of pro's and got that house sold, substantially above the asking price, in record time. I had a couple of bad experiences with shady realtors in the past and entered the market skepical and kinda paranoid. She and her team held my hand throughout, was on time, attentive to EVERY detail, kept her word, kept me updated, well advised, talked me off a ledge or two and I felt so fortunate to have her and her team on my side. She earned every penny of her commission and I was happy to pay it. Don't hesitate. Hire her if you want results! read more

This is the best Real Estate experience I've ever had. As a Realtor myself, it is the best business service model I have ever seen. They are truly a full service provider. They made our stressful family situation remarkably seamless. There was nothing that came up with the sale of our house, that they could not remedy with local resources. They kept us updated on every front. We could call them with questions anytime and they always answered or returned our call, within a couple of hours. Chris Lupton went above and beyond for us. He handled even the smallest details and never let us down. I wouldn't use anyone else for my Real Estate needs in that area. read more

I couldn't give Elite Realty a higher recommendation. Jamie, Chris and Danielle were extermly helpfull in helping me prepare to sell my mothers home from out of state. Jamie and her office were so incredibly helpful when we sold our home. The customer service went above and beyond. Nothing was too big or too small to help me with - from locating a replacement remote to the fireplace, to finding someone to deep cleaning the house & replacing carpets after we moved out. She took time to get to know our family's unique needs/circumstances, laid out her thinking for her recommendations, pros/cons for decisions we would be making. I just can't recommend her enough. read more
