She's fun, easy going, caring and very diligent. She always puts her patients first! I trusted her with my pregnancy 100% and never ever felt the need for a second opinion. Not to mention her nurse Robin is the best! Together they are phenomenal! My due date wasn't until Feb.17th but because she had to go out of the country and wouldn't be back until after my due date, she arranged for me to be induced the day before she left. During my labor she checked on my frequently and after my daughter was born she gave me and all of my family hugs and congratulated us! She left for Brazil the very next day, so throughout my hospital stay I was under the care of Dr. Zivney, who was also very wonderful and attentive. The thing I love most about this Dr's office, is that each Dr. covers for one another if the other one is out. It's my experience that they all give excellent care, so you're in great hands no matter who you see! The staff is helpful and courteous, and the office is always very clean! It's in a great location and right next door to the hospital which is very convenient!

The waiting room is always full, but there are plenty of doctors. I think the longest I've waited was 20 minutes, but I had gotten there 10 minutes before my appointment time. The nurses are so kind! Reception is just okay, but they are always swamped with work. They do always get you in and out as quickly as possible. The nurses will also go check your insurance to get you pre-approved for something that same day. I didn't think that was necessary and would have to come back for the procedure anyway, but it was so nice that they would check anyway! My doctor Jennifer Light is amazing. She's a real person and will give it to you straight. She makes the process of going to the gynecologist not so scary! The location is great, too. The facility is huge and the building is clean and well maintained. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

When I told him I'd seek a different doctor, he told me he'd already talked about me to the other doctors in town (complete HIPAA violation, by the way) and they wouldn't "touch me with a 10 foot pole." Beware of him, he will act completely sweet and understanding until you interfere with his vacation plans.

When my husband and I went in for our first appointment he took us into his office and explained what would be happening in the next few months and took the time to answer any questions. I never had to wait long to see him and I loved that on the ceiling above his exam tables was a picture of George Strait! If I was ever worried about anything they let me come in and saw me immediately. There were a few times Dr. Smith called me personally after hours to tell me lab results or just to see if I had any questions. The whole office is very caring and I had an amazing experience there. He has recommended psychiatrists and counselors for me in the BCS area that are LGBT+ friendly (this must stem from his adoption of many different children transitioning through adolescence). Also, when I saw him with a sinus infection, he was quick enough to diagnose me accurately within 15 minutes. I cannot recommend this man enough! The nurses are friendly and youthful as well.

I lucked out with not only a great doctor, but also a fantastic office staff. I made my initial appointment just to meet the doctor so I would already be an established patient if & when I needed one. I didn't have to wait very long & I really liked everyone I dealt with, from the front office staff, to the nurse, & also the doctor. I was advised to get my flu shot (which I did) & the doctor also recommended that I get a mammogram. Dr. Pierce went through my medications with me & she let me know that one of them isn't safe. I've since read about it & I'm grateful for her advice. I scheduled a mammogram for the next week & it was nothing. Unfortunately, they found something that required another scan & an ultrasound. I worried myself sick over it & actually got sick. The day of my 2nd scan I also got an appointment with Dr. Pierce because I had fever & a horrible cough. Thankfully, everything turned out okay with the mammogram & ultrasound. When I went to see Dr Pierce afterwards she told me I could have called & spoken with her instead of worrying myself into an actual illness. It had never even crossed my mind. It's so refreshing to have a doctor who cares & is approachable! I gambled on picking a primary care physician & I definitely won!
