I lucked out with not only a great doctor, but also a fantastic office staff. I made my initial appointment just to meet the doctor so I would already be an established patient if & when I needed one. I didn't have to wait very long & I really liked everyone I dealt with, from the front office staff, to the nurse, & also the doctor. I was advised to get my flu shot (which I did) & the doctor also recommended that I get a mammogram. Dr. Pierce went through my medications with me & she let me know that one of them isn't safe. I've since read about it & I'm grateful for her advice. I scheduled a mammogram for the next week & it was nothing. Unfortunately, they found something that required another scan & an ultrasound. I worried myself sick over it & actually got sick. The day of my 2nd scan I also got an appointment with Dr. Pierce because I had fever & a horrible cough. Thankfully, everything turned out okay with the mammogram & ultrasound. When I went to see Dr Pierce afterwards she told me I could have called & spoken with her instead of worrying myself into an actual illness. It had never even crossed my mind. It's so refreshing to have a doctor who cares & is approachable! I gambled on picking a primary care physician & I definitely won!

She always treats us like she's known us forever and provides and recommends us with the best route to take. The lobby staff are fast and friendly. I've heard some horror stories about the billing side of it, but fortunately, no issues yet. The area is clean and not dirty looking like some other clinics. Small parking lot, but it doesn't get too busy so the parking is more than enough. Located next to Stella's donuts and Pizza Hut on Villa Maria.
