Each time, they charged me far less than I would have expected given the level of effort they put in to giving me some piece of mind back. My house is over 100 years old and the septic system isn't much newer, yet they have always been able to fix clogs and determine what the root cause was each time. Once it was a broken pipe, once it was the outflow of the tank that was blocked, and once it was just a simple clog from too much paper of the wrong sort. They are extremely courteous and very knowledgeable about these systems. I wouldn't hesitate for even a second to recommend them to anyone else dealing with a very old septic system.

They had no idea and literally dug up most of the front yard then they couldn't open one of the sides. Luckily I was home and went out there to ask them to stop digging the yard and they told me that my septic was damaged. The young man who I assume is one of the sons started screaming profanities at me and I asked them to leave. I had another company come out to figure out what the damage was and there was no damage. They try to scare you especially if you are a female so you pay them money to fix issues that are not broken. Very sketchy business and if you notice they are one of the few that do not have an actual website that you can review. Customers beware! There are lots of other local companies to choose from.

These twits will leave you with more damage than you started with then overcharge you for incompetent, sloppy work then go cry about how they're doing the best they can and they don't understand why you're dissatisfied with the extra damage that they'll deny they even caused. Find yourself an actual decent plumber, these guys do crap work and then charge an arm and a leg for it. If you do have the misfortune of hiring them, take before pictures so you have proof how sloppy their work is. The owner that answers the phone is a defensive and whiney little prick with zero people skills and if you insult him or his guys' work he threatens to send his guys back over to "talk." And if you point out that their work is not complete he'll say "you must have money issues." Strong words coming from a plumber. The guy he sent didn't even have all the proper equipment and had to use my tools. Unfortunately that crook already made off with my check and he threatened to call the cops when I confronted him about the job I paid for not being done and then blocked me. Avoid these clowns. The owner is a crook and a crybaby. And to the owner - don't worry about coming back, you muppet. I fixed the problem myself. Sad little owner also censors reviews on his own website only approving 5 star reviews to make himself look good. Avoid at all costs.
