Well when I called the appointment was for retainers and the only thing they said to me was 'Dr. Nguyen wasn't here' ... ok in my mind I'm thinking there was gonna be another doctor that would do it then. So I set up an appointment and apparently it was an appointment for a check up. The male receptionist didn't explain that to me on the phone and tried to say that 'I did speak to you bout the retainers but I also said that Dr. Nguyen wasn't here' - like that doesn't explain anything. He literally jumped off his seat to say that to me not only that he rolled his eyes at me, raised his voice at me and all of this happened in front of my son and daughter. Literally disrespect and apparently it's ok for him to do that and I'm suppose to let him do that. The only reason that I didn't returned the attitude back to him or even worse was because of my kids. Now my son is without retainers and I just wasted $3500 on Invisalign. Disappointed at this place. Lack of customer service and they won't do anything to male receptionist. This is a sign for me to look for another dentist. I will not recommend this place to my family and friends

I told the dentist knowing my wisdom teeth needed removal I opted for removal instead of repair. I thought was my last tooth was broken but it was the wall of the one next to it. The dentist viewed my mouth, heard my reason for the visit when ahead and extracted the last tooth leaving my broken tooth unattended or me informed. After a couple days during the healing process (I got stitches) I realized I was still feeling a serrated edge and bleeding. I went back to their office and discovered they extracted the tooth that was not broken or needed urgent attention. It's been 4 days since my return and I was promised a call regarding the situation, to date none was received. My tooth issue was not resolved and I am out over $300.

First visit and had mixed reviews…read more Timeliness : My visit was at 11 am and I waited a little bit over an hour to be seen. Due to COVID, I had to wait outside in my car while it was raining and complete the check in. Unfortunately, no instructions were given on how to use the laptop. I figured it out but and an elderly or computer illiterate person would have difficulty navigating the screens. I was not called back in to wait once the lobby emptied. I gave it two stars because the front desk receptionist was nice. Cleanliness: After returning my laptop I was able to wait in the lobby. The decor was modern and up to date. The receptionist informed me that the owners wife decorated all the Mint dentistry's office's. Nice touch. The individual clients areas were modern also. Tv with videos were available while waiting on the Dentist. Music was set to my liking and the chairs were comfortable. Customer Service: The entire staff was nice. Price: In my opinion, it was reasonable. I used insurance and the out of pocket cost seemed reasonable to me. Restroom: Clean and stocked
