This place is awesome. Check in was a breeze. Being in the health care field, I'm very particular…read morein who I choose for my care. One must make an awesome first impression for me to continue going to receive care. The dental hygienist did that! She was very professional and enjoyed talking with me about current events, and I didn't mind that there was a student in the room watching as well. The doctor's first words to me yesterday were "I'm digging the bow tie!" He was able to tell me what's wrong with my teeth (not much) and how to fix it and what to expect. I highly recommend Dr Simon and staff!!

That may sound silly but it feels like I'm just a number. I have had 2 different crowns done and BOTH chipped within weeks of placement. I knew I was overpaying but went ahead and anyways. I should have taken it as a sign when they asked if I wanted to purchase insurance for the tooth. That is ALARMING. It should be reliable or fixed anyways after what we have to pay. I appreciate how kind the staff has always been, but I worry about how predatory the billing process can be. They rush you thru, give you quotes and say they need payment now, then afterwards I realized that things didn't line up. Feels like a car lot. I wanted it to be better.

This place is a joke. I was evaluated in February for my…read morewisdom teeth and was told by the dentist personally, he could do all 4, even after looking at the x rays. We made an appointment which was 2 months away from the evaluation. (soonest availability) The day of the appointment, (10 minutes before leaving to Morgantown) I received a call saying he could not do the procedure because I needed an oral surgeon to do it and be put to sleep. I took off days from work for this. He had 2 months to look over my x rays again and see what he could do. But regardless, from day 1 he assured me it would be just fine. I called and expressed my frustration and the inconvenience they caused me. The dentist was very inconsiderate and disrespectful of the situation, he later told me he could do the top 2 and have the bottom 2 done by the oral surgeon. Then, they told me another doctor will be coming into their office on May 17 and he does surgeries like this often, but they still only use nitrous gas for the procedure. Which does not make sense if the dentist already there could not do the procedure because I needed to be asleep. The soonest appointment that was available with an actual Oral surgeon is in August. Now after all this waiting, anticipation, discomfort and canceling jobs with my clients, I have to wait FOUR months to get this resolved. This place screwed me! I am very upset and in extreme pain. This is not how you handle patients. Thank you for all the bullsh*t you put me through. It was extremely unprofessional. I hope everyone reads this and knows how you handle your patients.
