Dr Galloway is in Benton now at Baptist Health Medical Group Primary Care on Powell Lane. Phone #…read more270-415-7070. He is a very caring and nice Dr. He calls you with test results himself and if you call for a nurse you get one right away. If you leave a message for the doctor you get a response that day. My husband just recently passed away and the whole office including the doctor sent a sympathy card. I've never been to such a caring Drs office before. I have also not had any issues with insurance or payments.

I'll save my kidney stone adventure for my urologist review. This review is about Baptist Health…read moreand the facility in the east end. I was hesitant to go to this location because it's a bit of a drive out to the east end. It's where my urologist scheduled me because his office is in this hospital building. When first driving up to this place, it's intimidating. After seeing the way the hospital is laid out, you'll understand why they deserve 5 stars. Most hospitals are a maze of services. It's extremely easy to get lost. Could you possibly enter the maze and never return? Possibly. Not with this Baptist Health location. The layout is simple. There are 4 or 5 floors. Each floor has one hallway that terminates at each end. Each end has restrooms and/or elevators. One floor has a small cafeteria that comes in handy. Each floor is the exact same with different services. Do you need an x-ray? Go to this floor, walk down the hall until you find the x-ray sign. Do you need some other type of service? Go to this floor, walk down the hall until you find that service sign. Are you seeing a specialty doctor? Go to this floor, walk down the hall until you find their office. This hospital won me over with its simplicity. Now if only healthcare costs could be made this simple. It's one thing for you to get 350 different bills for 200 different services. It's entirely another thing to throw you in the whirl of a hospital with 20 entrances and 500 corners. At Baptist East part of the confusing healthcare world is eliminated.

Hanson Pharmacy and Wellness Center…read more Even though I don't live in Hanson, KY, I found healing in a place that felt like home. During a bout with shingles, Robert, the pharmacist, treated me with the kind of care you don't easily forget. He patiently explained the medicine, reassured me that I'd be okay, and even encouraged me to call with any questions. The pharmacy is clean, organized, and calm--but what truly matters is the compassion behind the counter. Robert and his team made sure every customer felt heard, valued, and welcomed. It's easy to see why Hanson Pharmacy and Wellness Center has earned such a highly rated reputation. Kindness like this doesn't just happen once--it's woven into every visit, every phone call, every interaction. This moment became a Porch Light Reflection, quietly reminding me that grace often meets us in unexpected places. "Gracious words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones." -- Proverbs 16:24 Thank you, Robert, for being a porch light of healing. May others find the same grace I did in your care. Warmly, Martha Grace in Action Ministry

His office is an official Oakley dealer and there are very nice frames to choose from. I was happy with the services I've received.

I still have residual pain from a crown put in by the "other" dentist in Mar 2020 but the crown put in by these folks YESTERDAY is 100% good to go. Zero residual issues. I'm stunned. I don't use anesthesia and they didn't give me grief about it (like most dentists and doctors do). MUCH better service and far fewer issues with the work performed. Again, the staff here is just amazing. Absolutely love the ladies that worked on me and the front desk staff (and I hate people in general as a rule). I wanna throw a party and invite them all. :)
