I research whatever the ailment or issue is and she always has the most current information of what I uncover. I have found her "bedside" manner to be empathetic and concerned. I noted the other reviewer [from San Francisco?] who complained about being sent to an emergency room. If Dr. Mayfield recommended that, then it was the best course of action/had the least risk out of available options. I empathize with a frantic parent but that is why you get medical advice from someone who can remain objective. I find the rest of the staff to be effective, friendly and problem-solvers.
