I was looking for a subtle increase from a b+ cup to a full C cup because I wanted my clothes to make sense over my rib cage anatomy. At my consultation we "tried on" several sizes and I was very clear with him on what I wanted. A family member had gone to a more reputable surgeon and I was hoping for the same, but that surgeon had retired. The day I arrived for my surgery, Dr Sessa brought out an implant that was ridiculously clownish and NOT what we had agreed on! When I questioned it his response was "everyone regrets it if they don't go big enough." Sitting there pre-op on a decision I had taken a decade to make, I was mortified. At the same time, I could hear him scamming my elderly mother in the other room on her botox, so I was distracted and appalled. I should have walked out, but it all happened so fast. I did insist that he bring out the size we had agreed on at the consultation, but he did not have it on hand. I settled for the smallest implant he had on hand. Since then, I have been a not-so-proud owner of an F Cup (i didn't even know that existed)! It's uncomfortable, unsightly and unacceptable! It has caused me a great deal of mental anguish and pain over the years and I hope to keep others from falling into the same trap! I am a health care provider. I spent a decade plus in the aesthetics industry. I've seen it all! Anyone can build a website claiming to be "the best in Sarasota," but trust me...and RUN the other way! Dr Sessa is NOT anywhere near the best...not certain he's the worst, but he definitely marred and scarred me.

Both surgerys did nothing except put tiny holes in my head and move my hair follicles so I could no longer brush my hair - The Rynoplasty was a complete failure. I had to have another rynoplasty by another plastic surgeon to fix all the problems and it cost me $15,000 that he caused. Couldn't breath, nose was completely crooked, and my next surgeon said Holcomb did all the wrong procedures on me. - The neck lift left me was a neck that was 100% non- symmetrical and a one inch wide scar. My new surgrin told me it was horribly done. when I told Holcomb about these problems he had his Attorney send me a threatening email.
