I ultimately arrived 8 minutes late--well within the 10-minute grace period they state they allow. There were no other patients in the waiting room, and the front desk confirmed there were no additional appointments scheduled. Despite this, I was refused care. This was particularly concerning given that the appointment was for a pre-cancerous spot that required attention. I found the decision to turn me away unnecessarily rigid and lacking compassion. While I was offered appointments the following day, I chose instead to seek a new provider who demonstrates greater care and consideration for their patients.

I didn't ask her age, but from her credentials, this beautiful young lady is 30 something. I appreciate somebody that enjoys their work. I can't say enough about the practice, all beautiful young ladies, willing to help. I drive 1&1/2 hours in horrible traffic, but it's worth it. Every single team member treats the patient with kindness and respect, including respect for your time. Secondly, they are all great in providing the best in medical care. Dr. Berkes is a true specialist and highly skilled surgeon. She operated on my forehead and now, a week later, after the stitches were removed, it looks 100 times better than I ever thought it could.
