I never felt rushed. He always took the time to answer my questions and listen to my concerns. I really did feel like I was his only patient when I was sitting there with him. Before surgery, he explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. One of the things that also gave me confidence in choosing him was knowing that his practice is focused specifically on facial plastic surgery. When you are trusting someone with your face, that kind of specialized focus meant a lot to me. He told me the surgery would be a long one because he is a perfectionist, and after seeing the care he took and my results, I completely believe it. I also really liked the three videos on his website explaining exactly what a deep plane facelift is. I knew I wanted to understand what was actually going to be done, not just hear the words "deep plane facelift." After watching those videos, I felt so much more knowledgeable about the procedure and even more confident that Dr. Bhanot was the surgeon I wanted. I had an extended deep plane facelift, deep plane neck lift, and upper and lower blepharoplasty, so this was not a small decision for me. Choosing the right surgeon was incredibly important.
