5 stars to this office. I had a great experience coming into this clinic, the staff was attentive,…read morehelpful and thorough. They were punctual and helped me navigate through my first appointment and schedule my follow up right away. The quality of care I received was excellent.

Complete and utter incompetence from the scheduling and insurance departments…read more -Checked to see if I still needed to do bloodwork. They said yes and that I didn't need my paper order since the order was in Quest's system. Showed up and nothing was in Quest's system. Called CVIS and spent 45 mins on the phone with them (after being told I was being transferred to a med asst and instead sent straight to VM) just for them to tell me that in fact I did not need any more bloodwork and that the person I spoke with earlier was wrong. -After initial Dr visit they scheduled multiple follow up appointments for imaging etc. Come to find out that they weren't yet even contracted with the facility doing the imaging and I was going to have to pay out of pocket. Only found this out because I called to make sure I was covered by my insurance. -Multiple instances of having to reschedule appointments because I was not covered by insurance and/or not told what the actual cost would be. -There is zero coordination between the scheduling and insurance groups between the different facilities. They just pass you back and forth when they don't know how to help you. No centralized person or resource to keep track of all your different appointments. I could go on but these people have already wasted enough of my time.

My Holter appointment was amazing, that tech was super informative but also quick and efficient, and kind, funny, and relatable, all in about 10 min, I love that woman. My echo tech brought me back super fast and was very professional. I was super annoyed with my stress echo appointment(s), but the front desk employees are some of the nicest and most understanding humans around. When I voiced my concerns, they were extremely empathetic and had amazing communication, and then the tech who brought me back and did the test was also very kind and explained the issues with timing. If you are going here for a stress test, do NOT expect it to be a fast appointment. Block out an hour or two, because even if the staff is all on top of their game, times can still vary and other patients often show up late and make the whole day a delay. Go for earlier in the day, bring a book, and enjoy the lovely TV in the very clean lobby. (And be nice to the parking Czar, I'll bet he puts up with a lot of nonsense.)

Unprofessional, random cancellations with no notice, impossible to reach without waiting on hold for 10 minutes and going through a third party scheduler. A few weeks ago they left me a vague, anxiety provoking voicemail about my test results. They said the doctor required an appointment before I could get my results. After waiting 2 weeks for my appointment, they cancelled last minute without notice (I saw it in my portal.) They then rescheduled me with a different provider who called me an hour late, only to tell me everything looked great. I had to directly ask her about the red flags shown in my results, and she provided no medical insight or consultation. The call lasted 2 minutes. Don't go here, it'll just cause you more stress.

This entire practice is unreliable with keeping appointments, cancels them (doesn't matter which…read morelocation). I strongly don't recommend unless you have all the time in the world. My follow up appointment has been rescheduled 3 times by this office. Do not come here if you need help. The 3rd time the call was escalated and that person said in the notes each time it said I canceled the appointments. She spoke to me accordingly, blaming me for the offices negligence. I cancelled none of them. THEY cancelled. Luckily I record most of my calls and captured some of the mess. I wonder what other false information is in their hidden records. Speaking of records, they don't use Epic MyChart nor any electronic records. Nothing is transparent or accessible. They don't accept any records from outside transferred in. So without any 'history' a claim was denied. Their response is they make their own history okay. They have but not a helpful one. The staff that do monitors aren't knowledgeable at all about the sensors. The imaging techs were good and that was the only positive. I write this review so people who need timely assistance will not be harmed. Further if you come, record everything bc they will falsify some events and leave you in the lurch. Run from this place.

I was completely blown away during my appointment i almost wanted to cry because for the first time in 5 years dealing with my mysterious heart issue i felt seen and heard. Dr. Boler was thorough and knowledgeable and you can really tell she loves her job. She is not bitter, dismissive or non chalant like some physicians can be and if she is burnt out as some healthcare providers can get, it doesn't show. She is professional kind and patient. I'm so happy to have found her and this clinic. Would definitely recommend.
