She told me a technician would contact me. And just a few moments later, I did get a phone call from a technician who asked me pertinent questions and obviously knew what he was talking about. The technician worked with me and met me at a time that I could get away from work. He showed up exactly when he promised. Being that he was very knowledgeable, he had the issue resolved in record time. The charges were extremely reasonable, especially considering that this was done on a day of very inclement weather when most companies were considering it an emergency only day. Based on the events that occurred and Joshua's interactions with Edrick, I did not feel that Joshua demonstrated the level of experience or confidence I would expect from someone performing plumbing work in my home. What was even more disappointing was the response from management and customer service. I spoke with Joy, a representative, and Zack, the plumbing manager. Both came across as defensive when I brought the incident and resulting damage to their attention. Rather than feeling like my concerns were being taken seriously, I felt as though the focus was on defending the company's actions instead of addressing the damage and finding a resolution. I also requested the company's commercial general liability insurance information so that the property damage could be properly reported, but that information was not provided, refused in fact. Accidents can happen, but how a company responds when something goes wrong says a lot about the company. My elderly and disabled mother had a toilet that was running, leaking, etc. The gentlemen at AxsomAir were absolutely great. I spoke with Matthew, who Im assuming is one of the owners, and he asked me to give him a couple of minutes. He called back (quickly) and said he had a plumber who would be at her house in 15 minutes. Christian was there very shortly and had everything fixed in no time. In this age where companies and employees seem to be believe they are doing you a favor by letting you hire them, AxsomAir and their staff couldn't have been more friendly, professional, and accomodating.
