From our first interaction - Jared was "people first". He cared about our family's needs, spent a great deal of time evaluating our complex options - and was the first to state when he felt something was beyond his scope, expertise, or bandwidth (spoiler alert: nothing is :) Though the entire process , Jared maintained his professional demeanor as our strategy shifted through various curveballs: changing market conditions, rebuilding vs selling, and working through various needs of our insurance provider. He also employs top-notch technology. As work commenced, I was able to stay on top of the day's activities through a digital log - complete with pictures, reports, and project details. The entire time I felt so "connected" to the build, and his team always delivered when they said they would. Finally, it always felt that Jared considers a long term view for his clients, I never felt pushed in any direction. He considers your success to be his success. Please consider Jared to your interview panel, he'll deservedly earn your business.

If I could give a negative star review, I would. Scott is possibly the worst contractor I have ever…read moreknown. Our house was majorly impacted when a tree fell on it. Scott took advantage of our trauma and naivety as new homeowners. He promised the world and let us down every time. For over a year. He is a gaslighting, unresponsive twat. Scott was never onsite to manage his crew and we found ourselves having to ask them to complete things properly. They wouldn't cover items when doing drywall. They didn't caulk items in the bathrooms. The shower tile was left undone until we discovered it. We were given a 'new' AC and heater that still have issues. During the process there were huge mounds of trash and debris. It took numerous requests to have it removed...keep in mind we have a small child growing up around all this. We were left with a rebuilt home, however, there are a lot of details that did not get done, including flooring that slopes and has bumps in it. This whole process was aggravating and emotionally draining. I have never had so much female rage before in my life. We would have them spend another year fixing items, but the emotional trauma is not worth it.
