I can't express how awful this doctor is, he is all in it for the money. I moved back to the area…read moreafter seeing him for years ten years ago, and he didn't even recognize me. I asked him if he did, and he didn't. He was my doctor for ten years. He immediately asked what my insurance company was before even addressing my concerns, and then repeatedly asked me what I do for a living. Ok, what is it his business to ask which company I work for? He didn't even listen to my answers or asked how I am doing. He also asked how my uncle is doing, who passed away 4 years ago, AND who he treated for 20 years and was at his funeral. Seriously?!?? Well my only answer is how much money he could get from me and my insurance company. He then forgot to give me my two prescriptions, which I felt awful, and I had to go back to the office once, then call for the other one to get faxed. I was in search for a new pcp and thought I could go back to him, but no way! He scolded me for the meds I have been on for years and tried to switch them to obviously meds that he was getting kick backs from Pharmaceutical companies that give him perks. He was so rude that it made me super uncomfortable, lie u could it not talk to him at all. He used to smile, tell jokes and be comforting, we'll not now. He must have gotten in trouble for something or is miserable in his life. He asked to take blood work, sent me for an X-ray, then he totally forgot to take my blood. He tried to push antidepressants on me and I'm not depressed. He was taking in circles, forgetful and didn't even refill my inhaler I needed, instead he gave me a sample of one that is really expensive that I've never taken that is NOT a rescue inhaler, but a daily powder type one. I had to call back three times to get the proper meds I needed for my flu. It's scary that he is still in practice because my family all used to go to him and he used to be great. Now he's a negative, judgmental, and condescending doctor; not a healer. When I told my Mom I went to him, she couldn't believe it because he's so bad, but I was so sick and I'm search for a new doc I could trust and talk to ‍ There was no care in his eyes, just money. I'm writing this so others don't experience this awful "care." Zero empathy, total judgement, and pushing drugs on me that I don't need. All I could see in his eyes was what money he could get out of me and my insurance company. I can't wait to get my itemized bill from this office to see how bad he overcharged me. And all to try to persuade me to get on brand name drugs that he's getting perks for, it's truly sad how this man has changed. I feel like his memory is slipping, his attitude is selfish, and he doesn't truly care. I couldn't have been more disappointed and disrespected by a physician. I'm glad he forgot to do my bloodwork because who knows how much he would have charged for that unnecessary bs. My advice, never go here, and if you do, get your itemized bill to see the overcharges he writes. Again, get your itemized statement, go over it and call your insurance company to make sure the charges are correct, if not dispute them. I guarantee I will have to do that with this one busy. I give one star for the excellent nurses and front desk, but ladies, please work somewhere else, you can do better than this con artist with a medical degree. Again, doctors are not gods, they are humans with flaws, so please find someone that has at least a little empathy and is not a greedy drug pushing monster. I felt even more sick when I left his office because of the stress he caused me, my fever got worse and I felt offended in how he treated me. Plus I had to beg for my prescriptions that he forgot to give me and call multiple times. He is forgetful, a drug pusher, doesn't listen, combative, and lacks the compassion that every physician should have. This may be the worst experience I have ever had with a MD, and no thanks on the garbage meds he tried to push on me. This man should not be trusted with anyone's personal health.

Unhappy with communication in general. However, this review is regarding privacy. Had an…read moreappointment. Resident said he was referring me to ENT. He said he was going to print my after visit summary and referral. The paperwork I was given (which I didn't look at until I was in a store parking lot was not mine. The patient education pages were not about what I had been seen for. However, they had no identifying patient information. I did, however, have a referral that was not for me stapled to the end of my packet. It contained the patient name, birthday, address, phone, all needed insurance numbers, etc. I immediately called and left a voice mail. Returned call advised me to "tear it up and throw it out" after I stated that I did not have a shredder. When conveying with a family member what happened, it was brought up that my referral was not there. Was my referral with my information also given to someone else? Would that person be as honest as me? I did not tear it up and planned to take it to the library to have it shredded (out of an abundance of caution). Fast forward to today. I received a call regarding this incident. I explained the situation and inquired about my referral. Was it floating around? I was told no referral was submitted for me. When I questioned why the doctor stated he was printing a referral and brought back paperwork, how could a referral not be there?, the person on the phone said she was not lying because that would be unethical. I was being lied to.somewherr. One of two things happened. The resident lied to me about a referral being printed or I was being gaslight ed to cover up their mistake. I was advised that I needed to return the paperwork (that I was told to rip up and throw out) so it could be destroyed appropriately. Like it is my responsibility to come back out to do this. Not the first time I have had issues with privacy and patient information being mishandled. My suggestion is to always check your paperwork and to not be honest as I was because it starts a domino effect that somehow makes you the bad guy. I have no trust in this place now.
