I have a few health problems which affect my physical fitness and mean that I can't lose weight easily. In the past I have tried to get back into fitness at the gym but have got bored or pulled/strained muscles. I have been using James for a couple of months and have seen a great improvement, such that I have now lost a couple of stone and am now looking at running 5k. James pushes you to achieve what you thought you couldn't, but not outside your capability. If you have difficulty with one exercise, he finds a different way for you to complete it, but still using the same muscles. James mixes up the exercises so that you experience lots of different challenges ( I've done boxing, battle ropes, circuits, runs, used the landscape to make exercises more intense, worked out inside, outside). Whilst his sessions are always hard work, they are also fun and James is very good humoured and encouraging. I would, without doubt, recommend James as a personal trainer. read more
