Absolutely fantastic studio. Instructors and welcoming and supportive. Dave and Adam are extremely good at what they do and they put you at ease as soon as you walk in. My kids love it too. What sets it apart from many other gyms ive been to, is how inclusive it is. Everyone, members included, welcomed me in and treated me as though id been there for years.....Put aside any anxieties you have, and give it a go...you won't regret it...I haven't. read more

Adam is a knowledgeable BJJ black belt, who knows how to explain the concept of Jiu jitsu easily and keeps it very friendly and professional at the same time. read more

I've trained with Adam since the beginning of 2016. He has a unique way of teaching that creates a fun and friendly atmosphere but still delivers every small detail of BJJ. My game has improved vastly since he became my sole instructor and with his support and guidance was able to achieve numerous competitions wins and attain my blue belt. Adam is truly dedicated to his students and I would encourage anybody reading this that is interested in starting BJJ or anyone looking for a good team to train with to get in touch with him! Adam is an excellent instructor. The Dojos balance of technique, drills and fighting is really effective at teaching and grounding concepts and learning the art of Jiu-jitsu. I would highly recommend to both newcomers and experienced fighters. read more
