After 30 months of treatment, being lied to several times by 2 of the doctors, and him now having quite an overbite (b/c his mouth cannot hold all of his teeth without having an overbite, he wore his rubber bands), we told them to just take the braces off. Oh, and now he has a missing tooth on the bottom! And they never mentioned that could be a possibility until after we were too far into the process to return. And no big deal to them that now I will have to pay to get that fixed, they got our $5000 and I got an extra dentist bill! I told them from the beginning we were ok with removing teeth to help his smile, but they said no and to trust them. I did and I regret it every day!! So, if your child has a smaller mouth or has anything but straightening a couple teeth, I would look for someone else to take care of your child's mouth. My next two boys will not be going here!! I wish I had never walked through their doors. And I wish they would have just owned up to their mistake or offered some kind of refund, but that just proved to me they are doing it for the money, not to help with people smiles.

It took no time for me to get a free consultation which went pretty smoothly. Sheila and Dr Valeriano explained to me the best treatment for my teeth and payment options available to me. Dr. V even told me about my airway and alerted me to other possible health concerns that I may need I get addressed if the braces didn't help. Dr V was my second orthodontist I saw for consultation and unlike the other orthodontist, he told me I only needed one extraction for my 24 month treatment and I could start the treatment as soon as I was ready and get extraction later. Previous orthodontist said I needed 3 extractions and 30 month treatment. Thankfully I didn't even need one extraction with Dr V in the end! Dr V has saved me a lot of money and even offered $500 off my treatment. Although I wanted Invisalign I got braces but the kind that is clear on top so it has made my braces experience much more enjoyable as an adult. The office is very clean, the front desk staff always great me with a smile and are prompt to service me. Even now during COVID the staff has done a great job taking temps and making sure the office is free of patients so less room for any passing of virus. My first patient care coordinator Brittany was great! She always explained what she was doing but also took a personal interest in what I have going on. All the others for the most part have been great as well. I see Dr V each appointment unless I'm just going to get my wires taking off for a cleaning and the office has always been able to accommodate my cleaning schedule! Best of all, I am always offered with a mini dessert on the way out! I finished my treatment within 18 months and love my teeth! I high key miss my braces too though. Thx Dr V and team.

I decided to get braces as an adult due to a front tooth that had a…read moreroot canal in my early 20s. 7 years ago my dentist recommended caps to protect the tooth but before doing so it was important to straighten both front teeth for the bed results. Getting braces at 55 took a long time but it was worth it! I can now check better and the staff is phenomenal! I feel more confident now. PS I recommend purchasing the lifetime retainers policy In the event you lose them or get dental work (caps, the original retainers won't fit). RECOMMENDATION: Order 2 sets of permanent retainers immediately when your braces are removed. 1 I lost the first set 1 week after my braces were removed, while attending my son's wedding! Unfortunately my teeth shifted a bit before the replacement set arrived. I ordered 2 sets to have a backup set to avoid this mishap again. Good luck everyone! 2 weeks ago New "I…read morebrought my daughter to South Belmont Oral Surgery for a routine molar extraction, the Doctor stated that it would be best to have her wisdom teeth removed as well since she would be under anesthesia. A week after the procedure, she developed a severe infection with a large abscess that turned into sepsis, requiring two surgeries and hospitalization. The clinic failed to provide antibiotics until three days after the procedure, despite repeated calls from me for help. I had to threaten legal action to get a response from the office, and on two separate occasions, I never received a callback. Also left voicemails with no response. This has been an incredibly traumatic experience for my family. My daughter is still in the hospital and requires ongoing care, and it could have been prevented with proper communication and timely care. I strongly urge others to be cautious about choosing this clinic. If you decide to proceed with care here, please be sure to follow up thoroughly and advocate for your child. This has been a deeply painful experience that I wouldn't wish on any family."
