I now can barely floss around that tooth because it is so close to the others.

I've had issues before with dentists who wanted to refer me for cosmetic improvements that I didn't want, and when I told Dr. Grant this, she totally understood. I believe she's only recommended things to me that I truly NEED and isn't just trying to pad the bill or refer me out to her buddies for the cash. I like the dental assistants, too - they're all good people. The office is pretty casual; for a while she or one of the staff was training a service dog so there was a wiggly puppy in there a few times when I came in for an appointment. One downside is somewhat limited hours. They do stay open late on Mondays, but they're closed Fridays and you'll often have to leave a message rather than speaking to a live person. Her office is near the kind of sketchy Gault Village shopping center, which might be a drawback for some, but it doesn't bother me. The tiny strip mall her office is in is pretty quiet and feels safe. Overall, I'd recommend Dr. Grant highly.

Who likes going to the dentist? Certainly not me! Well, I started going to see Scott after a bad experience with a previous dentist caused me to avoid going for quite some time. Embarrassed, I showed up at Dr. Doman's and got a cleaning and a general check-out. The hygienist and all the staff are super nice. It took two visits to do my first cleaning because it had been so long. (Very sad). They did a great job! I think I had to have an old filing repaired at that time too. Scott was super kind and attentive in every way, and very patient - especially for a scardey-cat like me. That was a couple of years ago. More recently I needed a crown. Scott fitted a temporary crown while we waited for the permanent one to come in. Well, it was late on a Saturday night, and quite out of the blue, my temporary crown broke for no apparent reason. (Because that's what they do, they wait for the most inopportune time to fail!) Panic! What do I do now? I had to fly out on a business trip the next day (Sunday). What on earth was I going to do? I decided to email Scott's office just in case they could direct me somewhere. Well, about a half-hour later, I received an email back from Scott asking me if I would be willing to come into his office the next day - Sunday morning at 8:15 AM. Can you believe it? I was almost crying! What a great guy! Sure enough next morning rolls around and there we are just the two of us in his office, which he opened just for me! He puts on the new temporary crown and I am all good to go for my new job. Fantastic! I ask you? Where can you find anyone who gives service like that? Scott is kind and gentle with a personable touch. He is highly skilled as a dentist, my new crown is perfect! He takes the time to get to know you and his staff are super awesome too. Today I had some work done and one of the hygienists gave me my numbing shot and I barely felt it at all. Everyone here does great work. Grateful that my insurance is accepted here so it's also been affordable, too. Getting an appointment isn't too tough, though cleanings can be a few months out if you need to reschedule a standing date, but they also have a last minute appointment wait list and they can reach out to you via text, so getting something sooner isn't hard as long as you have some flexibility. Facility is also VERY clean, comfortable, and modern!
